This is real...hell ova difference.i bet might gai's one inch punch would be better (even with any gates)
Gud luckHmmm.... goes to try this a home...
Dude, its a world record that still has'nt been beaten....the only reason it does'nt appear that flashy is cuz its REAL, no special effects, like all physically tough feats, the atheletes that perform them make them look easy, but trust me, it ain't.I did that (not as powerful as Lee puts into it) before. Not bragging, just saying that anyone could do it if they knew the proper mechanics for the technique. A buddy of mine was out breath for a while afterwards. I agree though, no one should try this at home unless they're trained. I was a dumbass as a kid (by kid, I refer to.. I think it was either 8th grade or 9th grade).
It was called 'Jeet Kun Do', or 'the way of the intercepting fist':Bruce Lee was known to be ahead of his time, by a lot.
A genius when it comes to martial arts. He even developed a whole new style of martial arts. The praying mantis style. You block and attack at the same time, that's basically it in a nutshell.
Where do you think Rock Lee's name oriented?
What ever, you got my point. It was called 'Jeet Kun Do', or 'the way of the intercepting fist':
