I did that (not as powerful as Lee puts into it) before. Not bragging, just saying that anyone could do it if they knew the proper mechanics for the technique. A buddy of mine was out breath for a while afterwards. I agree though, no one should try this at home unless they're trained. I was a dumbass as a kid (by kid, I refer to.. I think it was either 8th grade or 9th grade).

I've heard about this, it makes sense since punching hard doesn't depend on how far back you bring back your arm.

awesome, they also had a monk on that stan lee super human show that tried to do the same thing. bruce lee was is legend. Lp man also i loved that movie. +2 for asian culture!

U want to give a right punch: BLee see's that it's a right hook, he looks for an opening, block the punch and strikes the opening at the same time. That's just amazing.

One Inch Punch is used in most other Southern Styles, but Bruce had mastered it to a level that hasn't been reached in modern history.
You should check out his quick twitch against the Black guy at the same event the OP showed.
