I often hear debates about whether either Monet or Kinemon will join the crew or not after this arc, but Monet just died in the last chapter allowing the possibility of Kinemon joining the crew. But even if he does, in my opinion he would temporary member until the Straw Hats take him and his son Kinemon back to the Wano Country. But regardless of all that, I thought about it, what if Brownbeard joined the crew after this arc? You guys are probably thinking right now about why someone like Brownbeard join the crew? Well just think about what he's done in this arc and why Oda would re-introduce him on Punk Hazard.
During this arc he revealed to the Straw Hats what happened to him in the New World and through the course of this arc he actually befriends the Straw Hats. But as the arc progresses and Brownbeard starts to realize Caesar's true colors and tries to warn his crew but he's too late since Caesar killed his crew with the gas. So that hits Brownbeard pretty hard especially with all he's lost like for example, he lost his legs to Basil Hawkins in the New World so after that he quit being pirate then he and his crew joined Caesar and became grateful to him for the new legs and like I said he soon realized Caesar true colors and tries to stop and save his crew but he's all but too late. So with him lying on the ground beaten by up by Caesar both physically and mentally from all he's been through, Luffy comes in there, saves him and defeats Caesar.
So take all of this into consideration and think that as this arc reaches its end what exactly will become Brownbeard cause he already lost his crew to the gas so he basically has nobody by his side other than the Straw Hats. In my opinion, I think him joining would be great since he is a New World veteran and he told the Straw Hats the current status of the Supernovas so its pretty obvious that he has a vast amount of knowledge on the New World and could to be pretty helpful to the Straw Hats in the future.
