If anybody remembers the Naruto series, Naruto as an Academy Student couldn't do the Kage Bunshin/Shadow Clone Jutsu. As a result of this, Naruto studied in the Academy for three whole years. Then how come Naruto and every other student is of the same age?! Isn't Naruto supposed to be older than the others?

1. It was the Bunshin he had trouble with not the Kage Bunshin.
2. He probably wanted to start the Academy as fast as he can. Remember when Kakashi was in the academy when he was 5?
He graduated early, and maybe that was what naruto intended to do if it wasn't for the Bunshin Jutsu he repeatedly failed.

Most people study at the academy from ages 7-12. It said Naruto tried to pass the test 3 times so maybe he tried to graduate early which is possible.

Good point, but try to put it this way, both his parents die, he is put under the care of Hiruzen. somehow, I doubt they had much time to babysit. so, they probably put him into the academy earlier than the others. just a thought, but I well know they are most likely the same age.
