Description: The user, by using expert chakra control, moulds their Keigoku chakra before opening the portal. Through this method, the user creates a "pressure" of chakra behind the closed portal. Then, the user will open the portal within short range of themselves suddenly, letting the foul chakra explode out into the jutsu. The sudden appearance of such pressurized chakra creates a "flash" of chakra bright enough to momentarily blind dojutsu users and sensors (only if their dojutsu/sensor techniques are active). The Keigoku then shoots forward at the target shaped like lightning, causing pain and temporary incapacitation for one turn
Note: The "sensory/dojutsu blinding" effect lasts long enough for the lightning bolt to travel to mid-range and lasts only during said turn

Broly knows just as much as I do about the Nekura and the techniques.
It'd be like explaining how swamp of the underworld works to someone who was just held back from learning earth. (Serpent people like this)

Broly focuses his keigoku just in front of him in short range but doesnt open a portal to release it. He allows the Keigoku to build up a large amount of pressure and then opens a 2 foot long and wide portal that releases the Keigoku all at once in front of him. The Keigoku explodes outwards and creates a flash of chakra that could blind anyone in front of him. It bursts out like lightning and travels out 10 meters before dissipating.
This jutsu is obviously very quick and can be used for almost an automatic hit in short range since they wouldnt even see the build up of chakra or the release of the Keigoku. This is also an effective ranged attack since it launches into mid range, but the opponent would most likely be able to get over the flash by that time. A useful 2 effect jutsu that if hit, can be used to end the match.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave

Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.
One of my favorite techniques. Any remaining keigoku on the battle field can be remade into needles and attack your opponent.

Perfect.
Broly uses force lightning once more but misses his target on purpose. As the Keigoku passes the target he makes 3 swift handseals and and focuses on the passing Keigoku. As he does this, the Keigoku transforms into a few needles that immediately shoot back into his target from behind. The keigoku has the same affect and rank as the force lightning does.
This is one of the best nekura techniques. One of the only counters to Keigoku is to just dodge it and this will attack them as they dodge. I'd probably use this and do some other action so they think the handseals are for something else
( Togesuzumebachi no Ame ) - Rain of Stinging Wasps

Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide,causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause.This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles or wars.

Broly focuses his keigoku in the air all above a random William that he had spotted. Broly then opens many small portals that pour keigoku through them in the form of rain that turns William into a vegetable.

Keigoku flows from these portals, before forming itself into a black coffin-shaped box surrounding the opponent, large enough to trap two people. The box covers the opponent in all sides, including above and below ( however the portal from below only appears as the other sides have been fully created ); contact with it makes the opponent's head ache badly. As soon as the box forms fully, taking around the same time it takes to throw a kunai, spears of Keigoku manifest themselves on the walls and shoot inward, impaling an opponent caught within it. This causes severe mental agony, causing the opponent to feel exhausted and collapse temporarily for one turn.
This technique may be used only thrice per battle.
No Nekura techniques above A-rank may be used during the same turn and the next turn.

Good for stopping an opponent in their tracks, forcing them to move, or hitting multiple people
Broly makes six handseals and creates portals all around the near dead William, near instantly flowing massive amounts of Keigoku from all of them. The keigoku does massive mental damage and probably kills him at this point.
Just for you, imma do the incantation during a battle and link you when I do it

Basically after the sage fought the Juubi and sealed it into the moon, the jubi's power was so great that it was left around on earth. It was like sentient in a way and sought to find a host for itself. IT eventually found the first clan member ever (forgot his name) and put the seal of Nekura onto his palm in exchange for the power to summon the chakra, now known as Keigoku.
So that seal that all Nekura now have allow us to summon Keigoku from the moon to wherever we wish via portals that we may create freeform. The keigoku of course comes out of those portals and does our bidding.
Keigoku doesnt interact with elements the way elements usually do. It usually goes right through intangible elements like a ghost and doesnt affect them in any way. Keigoku only interacts with elements if they have enough physical mass to stop it or hinder it in some way (this depends on the users skill level). Keigoku is like poison to anyone other than us. It causes Extreme headaches and pain and basically hurts the opponents mind. It does no physical damage whatsoever and only affects sentient beings.
And of course due to the Juubi's chakra flowing through us we are immune to foreign chakra except MS for some reason. Due to this its harder to heal us after battle. Umm.. theres also the drain which allows us to strengthen our minds once our keigoku touches the opponent.
