The linked chakra from those around Asura all went to him, and inside of him awaken said powers. So finally you agreed that there is no such "hagromo chakra half(out of seals which what actually contained hagromo's chakra )" nonsense .this has been the most widespread fan fiction through the manga .people litteraly have made this fan fiction up out of nowhere and by somehow they also came to the conclusion that this fanfic hagromo chakra halves are more chakra than biju.anyone who reads manga properly would know that no such a thing .anyone who reads manga properly would know that chakra can't be passed permenantly without having a source(like cells) that generates said chakra .

The seals may have helped in sasuke's awakening his rinnegan faster though .maybe that is why he awakened Rinnegan in the one eye in his body side that had the seal on its hand.
In Naruto case .rikudo senjutsu mode(the cloak with nine magatamas) was a result of having nine biju while RSM(basically advanced SM )was awakened(similar to how rikudo chakra evovles sharingan into Rinnegan) by Hagromo passing his seal to him ,I think .RSM is different from Rikudo senjutsu cloak .JJ's have rikudo senjutsu cloak but not RSM.JJ's aren't listed as RSM users in databook either .I don't even know if JJ Obito or even Madara can gather NE .

And i just wanted to point out how much the manga and anime is different and fake even with Boruto series

Hago mentions power but he uses it in two different manors..First is the power of clan title & the second is in the form of seals (power)..
This time meaning seals granted to them both. He gave Ashura clan power but gave Naruto/Sasukse sealing power..

The seal power was just a means of getting the job done an after those seals were used they went back to the original owner..
He states he had no control over the real world activities to Naruto an it was up to them.. (SA)
Naruto sinc'd with the bijuu for his RSM before Hago arrived & Sasuke got Hashijuice from Yakushi before Hago arrived an it's why they still had RSM & Rinne after sealing Kaguya,

Hago gave them nothing but hand seals..The term power is used in different context in different scans.. If we keep them in there context an pay attention to the content in which it's been used then we would have proper understanding of the entire manga/anime..
Taking few words out of context can change the entire scenario of show altogether.. It's the problem with this base..
