im thinking its metaphorical and that he wont be getting his other eye. since theres no horn above the right eye

there is no horn above his right eye because he did not get his right eye yet but madara will get the other eye and defeat gai then after that naruto show up and say somthing about his fealings madara get afected then naruto defeat him then anew dad ass guy show up and take the power and kil afew pepole then naruto say somthing and you know what will happen next the manga will keep goivg like that for ever . its like another villan in dragon dall z there is allwayes anew villan.
