ok .. so that means i need earth to encase myself .. i though like small water jutsu's ( that can be used withou water ) i can sue it without earth !! .. NICE TEACHING !! .. but i dont know any counter ..

Raikou shunshin no jutsu ( Lighting Body Flicker Skill )
Type: Supplementary.
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: The user fires off a bolt of lighting.this bolt of lighting is actually not meant to hit the opponent,as where the lighting bolt strikes is where the user will teleport.

Descripton: user makes chakra strings and then connect it to his own body parts ( this is used when his bones are broken ) to control his body part via chakra strings. as it forcefully makes use of broken part it damages user.

NOTE: jutsu lasts for 3 turns

Um. nah.turning into lightning wouldnt avoid the fireballs that exist outside the water wall.
