bring back auto-merge

hahaha i remember those days when i wanted to learn it so bad from kabuto to teach me how to double post lol i miss it =)yes it was a good feature, but I remember there where ways to double post even when we had it
*sigh* its time for me to put my 2 cents into this...
Yes as the creator of the random fact thread i did post most of the things in there ill admit and i do spam alot. But like many noobs who join NB I was instantly reffered over to the forum games section to raise post count so i could create a bio and so on... that kinda sticks to a person after a while and leave them thinking "wow we can actually spam on this site" as many other sites do not allow spam and if they do have a forum games section it does not raise post count (ex. sythe.org). If you really want to put a stop to this i do agree put the auto merge feature or disable post counts in forum games. I really dont even want to spam anymore as its starting to get boring and it always comes to my mind what if this site gets shut down then all that countless hours of spam could have been used to play MW2 xd.
another reason why people spam (this is a theory i believe): After analyzing how Naruto RP really works (custom threads,and people,OP jutsu ETC.) it seems as though people with higher post count, longer time on the site, friends of sensei's and Mods gets more respect. meaning more gateway to create stuff that a s-class would make and get declined but a sannin or kage makes it and it gets approved. that leaves the feeling that "maybe if i get my post count up i wont ahave the feeling of being a noob to anyone." but that theory can easily be disproven. As to this day even with all my spam i can Vm a mod or sensei and never get a answer.

People aren't considered noobs by their post count but for the time they spend on the forum and for their stupidity
you can have 10k posts and have been here for 4 months and i can only have 5k/6k posts and i've been here for 1 year, yet, you will still be a noob
yep it's reputation... like i see alot with lots of posts and it's like... who are you? why cos they only post in forum games but cos they have post counts rather than interacting with people properly they suddenly think they are known and popular...
i myself got accused basically of being like one of the spammers because i have high post count... desoite being here for well over a year and doing most of it while automerge was around >_>
