on the darkest of nights
you shine the brightest
like a golden high on the mountains.

you be my dove and i'll give you my love
forever shall i never give up
let alone i will shout up
to heavens and beyound

like the sun the above and angels of love
never again shall i look onto your eyes
for now im cold as ice
be the one to spark my fire
to enlighten the minds at the quagmire

forever the fire burns
the heart shall know no scorn
for i have forsworn
my life for yours
