Gather your wind chakra within your mouth, causing it to spin around like a tornado. Then release it at my clone, having released a gust of wind that quickly forms a tornado to attack my clone with.
I begin to gather wind chakra and look towards your clone, and choosing a path. I take a sharp breathe in moving the chakra to my mputh a d quickly exhaling it at the ground infront of me. As it hits the ground, I move my bread slightly diagonaly, and begin to rotate the wind chakra into a cone as it revolves it picks up more speed and power as it begins to get taller than me. The I quickly push the last of the chakra out launching the tornado towards your clone, as it blows towards him. It clases with him violently tearing into him and cutting him.

Using your sword, charge your wind chakra through it and slash in the general direction of my clone, releasing a gust of wind in the shape of an arc towards him. He'll have thrown some kunai's at you too, what does your jutsu do to them?
I begin to draw my sword and charge my chakra. I then mold my chakra over my sword, and channel wind into it. I look at your clone, and then begin to vibrate my wind chakra, sharpening it as it covers my sword. I then wave my sword upwards as I see your clone throw kunais at me. The wind hits the kunais, as they clash, and deflect their trajectory.
The wind, depending on how strong the kunais are, would either slice through them, or deflect them.
Since this is just blunt force wind, it would just deflect them. It's aslo strong enough to push through and strike the target who threw the kunai. ^^

Using either a giant fan or by performing four hand seals, use your chakra to create a large, slashing tornado to trap and damage my clone. Using the fan, you'll release the wind chakra by channelling it through the fan and then waving it at your target, by performing the hand seals, you'll release the wind though your mouth.
I nod, gathering up chakra, and make 4 quick seals with my hands. I then pull channel my chakra into my mouth and focusing on making it wind chakra. I take a look at your clone, and then blow down on an angle, making a violent stream of wind erupt from my mouth. As the wind hits the ground, it twists and turns into a tornado as it runs at you. It then clashes with your clone, and instead of hitting with force, wraps around and then cuts with your clone in the middle.

Description:The original version of the Wind Release: Slashing Tornado technique. The user, flapping their Giant Fan, creates a minor tornado, which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a small 4 sequence of hand seals to perform the technique.
I'm sure you remember being taught a C-rank wind jutsu that cuts an incoming wind jutsu in half, rendering it useless? Excellent, no need to explain ((Fūton: Kazekiri) - Wind Style: Wind Cutter) xD
This is a more advanced version of that, utilising much the same principle however several hand seals will be required this time. Another difference is that you take control over half of my jutsu and send it back at me with the same power I sent it at you with.
This will work for B-rank and lower jutsu.
Now, I'm going to use Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind, and you'll do what I described above: Hand seals, using your chakra to split my attack, take control over half of it and power it back up to B-rank and send it back at me. I'll then counter it as I see fit.

I nod, as I begin to gather up chakra and then proceed to make the handseals. I take in a short breathe, and as you release your technique, I then blow out at the same time, send a wave of wind that splits apart your wind. I then creates a current returning some if it, 50% back at you in a gale. I then Proceed to send water underneath the ground towards your location. Then as your distracted by the wind, several water bullets shoot up above your head and hitting you on the way past, collecting above your head. It then forms into a dragon and falls back down on you.

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.
Send your wind chakra out around you, using it to lift up a large amount of sand so spiral around you like a defensive wall. Then direct the wind, carrying the sand, at my clone to push him away and dealing damage to him in the process.
I begin to gather up wind chakra around my feet and I look towards the ground. I then begin to release and swirl my wind chakra. The wind begins to gather up dust and sand, as it rotates. I then rotate it faster as it picks up more dirt and dust and sand, and then begin to rise it up around me. As it reaches my head, I then push it forward from around my body to infront of me, and launch it at your clone. It blocks his vision of me, being so dense, and then clashes, ripping into his skin and pushing him backwards.

Description: Originally Gaara's technique, for other characters the user will have to gather the dust or sand of the environment around him and then combine it with his elemental wind affinity. A large wind gust with dust or sand will get created capable to push away the opponent or medium sized objects.
Hurricane fist... I'm sure you've seen enough it around the place?
Basically, you create a spiralling vortex of wind around your arm and then punch in the direction you want to send the hurricane, releasing said hurricane as you do. The Hurricane is still attacked to your arm and attacks your target as if it where a real hurricane, just on its side. The force should be strong enough to punch back anyone in range and it a good jutsu to mix with some fire attacks.
Now, the main use people have for this technique, is to move around the field. To do this, you punch in any given direction and direct the hurricane against the ground or a wall etc, and then you fly back in the opposite direction.
For example, I want to move backwards from the swamp emerging from the ground under me, so I punch at the ground just in front of me, releasing the hurricane to push myself backwards at a 45 degree angle. Landing Mid-range (at max) from my original position.

Try this out in a combination with fire or water against my clone.

I begin by quickly gathering up chakra into my mouth and looking towards your clone. I compress and compact the chakra into a ball as i being to channel it into water, and then in a quick movement spit it from my lips in a blasting torrent of water.
I then quickly gather up chakra around my arm, as I look forwards at the target. I then begin to transfomr the chakra to roate and turn into wind nature that covers my arm is a gust. Taking my arm back, I then clench my fist as I compress my chakra and punch my arm forward behind the water, that combines with it, covering it in wind, increasing its penetration and power.
I think I know what you were after, but it's not possible without Yin-Yang training.

Hurricane fist is mainly used to move out of the way of attacks. You would do so by directing the whirlwind at the ground in front of you, or at a solid object nearby to send you in the opposite direction. It will only send you one range in distance, eg: It will send you from short to mid-range or long range to mid-range etc.

In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
