Okay..so it not bad.
Beginning (after we see minatos face after the rasengan,is too slow)
then I see you are trying out different effects,thats good and I think I see some small masking too! but they are way out of synch. [Maybe I am just lagging cause I'm renderin a video myself and music does not synch with video but from what I can see now synching is really bad and the video is kinda slow]
2nd half is a lot better than 1st half looks like you have put way more effort in it
Keep on it and you will get better,just have a story in your AMV and dont just throw transitions randomely..keep it to the beat.

I'll rewatch it after I finish the rendering and if I see the synching problem was my computers fault I'll edit this post


Edit: Okay now with my computer not lagging I can see synch is not that bad. There are parts you can see its flawless and parts where there is lets say one unnecessary beat or where the synch goes off and there are transitions missing.
I'm sure its all a matter of effort,you might have rushed some parts and thats why they turned out less good than some others.

Only you... its really quiet in the beginning of the song so you might not be able to hear it cause of your computer volume.
