I like the rules ^^ *activates EMS and immediately after I activate it I release without using handsigns

releasing a vortex and after its released I quickly leap into the air to where I can see u over the vortex and also release from my mouth without handsigns

shooting one spear out which splits one going for you directly while the other combines with the water vortex making a two element combo while keeping my eye on you while releasing the lightning*

*as the you raise your hand i make one handsign and cause a massive explosion in the water that you created in your palm blowing your hand to bits, as well covering you in water*

Descriptions: wit just one seal, the user can make any water substance and water source explode in a huge blast. this just can be mixed wit other water jutsu, even water clone jutsu. note once used the jutsu the water will be still there.. it wont disappear.. it will be just scattered every where and the larger the source of water the greater the damage.

If you continue to release your lightning spear you'd shock yourself greatly... But as the explosion happens and you are covered in water i transform all water on the field (lakes, air moisture, the water that covers you now..lol) into Liquid hydrogen. Freezing you in place killing you...

Description: The user will summon water from everywhere on the field (tree, air, ground...etc) and will focus his water chakra to turn it to abysmal water. Not only does, this happen almost instantaneously, but the user will focus extra chakra into the water to cool it down to the lowest possible level. Once done the user will use all this water and will make it converge on any heat source on the field and therefore on the enemy also. Being the best possible defense and attack against heat, no fire of any kind can evaporate this water. Once the water as converge on the enemy, every part of his body the water touch will be frozen. This jutsu will leave the field covered in abysmal water, making it impossible to use fire jutsu (all forms+lava) the next turn for both fighter.
*Can only be used 2 times per match
*No S-rank liquid hydrogen after this jutsu

How do u know that im making water? XD but on the serious note the time frame rule is in effect with ur move and u cant make the handsign before the water vortex is formed or released cause im moving first not you. I believe the time frame rule is still a rule havent been here for a couple of days or RPed for that matter but might wanna get somebody elses opion on it. =/

Your entitled to ask for another opininon, however your jutsu first creates the water in the palm then you then force it out. My move (first one) is made after the water is created and when you are about to release it. So i don't think i broke anytime frame rule....

The Bold is what im talking about. Thats time frame breaking in my opion but im getting nexus to look at it when he gets back on because u wouldnt know that I was making water because I would just be raising my hand and u wouldnt be able to make the handsign because u dont know that im making water because im going first and the water wasnt made yet which would be time frame breaking.
So im not gonna reply til nexus gets on if thats okay with you?
