akira toriyama just confirmed goku will never become a super saiyan 2 or 3 because after the fight with bills he realized that super saiyan 2 and 3 is just a super saiyan 1 transformation with buffs and only consumes alot of energy instead of giving it more to the user, meaning in reality we are not going to see goku go into super saiyan 2 or 3 state anymore because their useless, but instead we will see him in super saiyan 1 state and thats how he was able to increase his power level to fight bills.
but still RIP super saiyan 3 you were an ultimate beast for me

Let me correct myself, Dragon Ball Z sucks. I liked Dragon Ball when Goku was a kid, tbh. I just hate everything of Dragon Ball Z and onward with a passion.

DBZ is overrated bro. Yeah, it's epic as hell action wise, the characters are pretty cool, and it was part of our childhoods. But in terms of a story, it's overrated. The plot after Frieza is essentially "I'm a bad guy, I wanna build power and destroy stuff cuz I can" "No we good guys won't let you"

Just because Goku finds SS2 and SS3 pointless because they expend more energy than they give, does not mean they're dead forms. If you were smart enough, you would have known that DBGT was not mere fanfiction. It was created by the animators. They gave the fans something more and I honestly believe that GT should be Canon. I mean, can you imagine, SS4 Goku vs Majin Buu or Cell.
