Okay, here's something to think about.

If Minato makes Space Time Barrier (A) across from (B) and has an object in them, and slams them shut together, what happens?

It would most likely implode

The force of the two jutsu would probably cause an implosion, and if the mass(es) of chakra are dense enough then the emplosion could cause a large outward explosion, in an extreme case even a space of infinite density and gravity, a black hole could potentially be formed.

Hope this helped! (Though this may not be accurate, I'm not exactly sure about the physics behind the jutsu)

EDIT: If the mass(es) are at a certain density, then instead of a black hole, and long build-up of energy and the an explosion similar to a supernova could occur, disassembling the jutsu to its molecules (EX: Hydrogen, Oxygen, Lithium, Boron)
