Academy.) Sasuke
Hospital Roof.)Naruto
VoTE 1.)I consider this a Draw

VoTE 1 was a continuation of the Roof Top. In that Match, Sasuke's goal was to prove he was superior to Naruto by beating him. Naruto was to prove that he was just as good as Sasuke if not better to which Sasuke got Cocky and Said Naruto wouldn't scratch his head. VoTE 1 ended with Sasuke being the Last Man standing and Naruto Scratching his headband. They both Achieved their goals. And yes while Sasuke did spare Naruto, you have to remember, Naruto wasn't fighing to Kill Sasuke. Sasuke was fighting to Kill Naruto. So sasuke beat a guy holding back which is hardly a win in my opinion.

Orochimaru Hideout.)Sasuke (Though If Kurama was incharge like Against Orochimaru, Naruto would be victorious)
Bridge.)Draw
VoTE 2: Naruto

Much Like Valley of the End 1, Naruto wasn't fighting to kill Sasuke Until the very end. Sasuke was still relatively fresh compared to Naruto as was stated. Naruto managed to Match Sasuke blow for blow while playing defense only and nearly out of Chakra while sasuke tried killing him. He even Failed with the power of the Biju. Sasuke didn't accomplish anything but being a pain in Naruto's A**. At the end, Naruto was still conscious were as Sasuke was knocked out still. He could have went back into SM, got the healing properties and ended Sasuke's life for all we know.

So it should be Like this...

Naruto:
-2 wins
-2 loses
-2 Draws

Sasuke:
-2 wins
-2 loses
-2 draws

nah you're perception of manga is screwed.

Sasuke is actually 4wins ahead -1draw and has 0 losses

First thing that needs to be done is to distinguish a battle win from a loss. Due to the topic in nature I'll be posting the 4 wins in Sasuke's favor.

Battle win #3

So now that we have distinguished such an obvious difference in strength how is this a win in Narutos favor?

Obvious tie is obvious. Not to mention Naruto says that this isn't a fight you can or lose and he's right.

Sasuke later agrees and takes the headband.

Sasuke still has the headband tucked away, so he still plans on going 5-0.

Sasuke is still undefeated while on the other hand, I don't think Naruto is confident in his ability to win.
I don't blame him.

But he thought about it.

So? He thought about destroying Konoha with Edo Hashirama in front of him ready to neg him.

It doesn't mean he was capable, he wasn't. (This goes for both cases)

>IC , he wanted power to beat Itachi ( )

More specifically " "

Which the sound 5 used to tempt him to achieve his

When fighting his older brother.

Again he remarks he didn't require .

1.sasuke won
2.inconclusive but naruto would have won there if they clashed.no debate
3.sasuke won
4.inconclusive and naruto was exhausted...however i think sasuke would have won there
5.inconclusive,not even a fight, naruto only rescued sakura and clashed with sasuke`s chidori...had they both been fresh i believe naruto would have won
6.it was a clear draw

i am a naruto fan yet it`s 2:0 for sasuke....one victory was an academy fight and one was in VOTE 1.

if i count hypothetical victories it`s 3:2 for sasuke yet that is debatable....however 2:0 for sasuke is definite
People can debate that. Kakashi said Naruto could have killed Sasuke. Then Jiraiya said that chidori was to much for Sasuke. Then later on kakashi admitted they would have killed each other.

I really don't understand why it is so important to make so that Naruto has a winning/tying record with Sasuke..does it really matter when, in the end, Naruto has proven to be at least equal with Sasuke (I view them as equals, but I know many do not share this opinion)?
Plus, I am not denying that there were moments when Sasuke was clearly jeaulous/worried of Naruto's growth (fight with Gaara, hospital fight, in a moment during the war)

Tell me when Naruto did to gaara also did same to Sasuke or did to Kaguya - also did same to Sasuke. Then we can talk again.
I am sorry, I didn't understand what you meant here, my bad.
If you meant that Naruto didn't go all out against Sasuke in vote1 (as opposed to the fight with Gaara), well, I think Naruto was actually stronger in vote1, thanks to kurama's chakra cloack, plus rasengan, plus je was more experienced in deadly battles.

Still, it is true that Naruto wasn't trying to kill Sasuke (although he did mention that he would break every bones in Sasuke's body in order to bring him back, so he wasn't going easy on him either), so, you MAY have a point in Naruto not unleashing his full power.

Does it change the outcome of the fight, though? I don't think so: Sasuke admitted to Karin that he defeated Orochimaru because the latter was weakened, does that means it is not a victory for Sasuke?
In the Zabusa arc, Haku held back to not kill Sasuke and Naruto, and Sasuke saved Naruto for being knocked out, does it change the fact that Naruto did defeat Haku? No, it doesn't. If Naruto and Jiraiya wouldn't have come by, Tsunade would have lost to Kabuto due to her fear of blood, but it would have still been a Kabuto's win.

I am not discussing a "what if" battle, where Naruto would fight with the same bloodlust of Sasuke, but what effectively happened, so, IF Naruto held back, it doesn't change the fact that he still lost; not always the strongest one wins in a fight, anyhow.

Despite of saying all that and still refuse Sasuke lost at Vote 2...

I did not refuse that Sasuke lost at vote2, I merely stated that, in my opinion, he did lose the battle of morals, and strictly tied the physical one; I also said, however, that it is up to the single person to see the two battles as one, or as two separate things.

Anyhow, I view vote2 not as the "final" fight between Naruto and Sasuke, but instead as the prelude, a prologue where they had managed to end the twisted, hate-filled war between the transcendants, and are now able to live their bond as rivals/friends/brothers (just like hashirama and madara were when they were young), by inspiring each other to surpass their own limits ^_^

You still refuse sasuke lost to physical battle when infact Naruto never going all out and still manage to stay concious before sasuke awaken.

Naruto managed to stay conscious, but neither he or Sasuke could move after their last clash without bleeding out and dying, so that is why I consider it a tie=they were in the same conditions.

About Naruto going all out, it is the same thought of vote 1: if he did held back (I won't enter in this debate), it would mean that, at vote 2, he was stronger than Sasuke, but that doesn't change the face that he the fight ended in a tie.

I am not a sport expert, but, if in a basketball game you don't play Michael Jordan, and you end up losing, it is still a loss, isn't it?

Again, I am not debating which is stronger between Naruto and Sasuke (I already said what my opinion is), I am just giving my own thoughts on how their several matches ended.

You have no proof of Naruto condition and he still has strength left to do what he did in part 1 to gaara. He can still mike tyson Sasuke - manga fact.
