I feel like in this day and age people are trying to hold onto the traditional idea of the masculine man, but it's slowly being discarded for more open-minded ideas. The popular Logo TV show, RuPaul's Drag Race, has been a huge part of this "window", as Rupaul named it. Drag Queens, in short, are men who dress as women for money. They are entertainers and do Drag Shows. This has to be the biggest time in history for all drag queens, as they are widely accepted and have huge supporters. April Carrion is a past contestant of RDR and posted on his snapchat his make-up routine. This is the response someone made:
Do you feel that we need to stick to the old traditions, or should we let them go? Do you think this was an appropriate response to April's SC, or would you not even have made a comment in the first place?
