I don't think it's overrated but I also think it's a mediocre TV show, although it is entertaining

I think that as long as 1 aspect or two about something popular isn't completely out of proportions with other aspects it's not overrated .. For example about Bieber, 95% of his popularity is due to 10 yr old girs, remove that and he would be literally nothing, same for twilight, in manga I would give that place to DBZ and SNK for example, remove mostalgia from DBZ and it has almost nothing, remove the anime and killing from SNK and it would be practically nothing (for all of them ''nothing" in comparison to what they are now)

But for breaking bad there isn't any one or two aspects you can remove and it would lose a large portion of it's popularity

this show is seriously over-rated.!!

I don't know what's so good about this show, that its been rated as the NUMBER 1 show...

the final season part2 was good that other season, but still its just good...

its not that good.!!

I can name so many more show that are way way better than BB.!!

Dexter(even though they fcuked up the ending, its way above BB)

the story, the character progression, the incredibly tense moments, where just silence is deafening for even the viewer

brilliant writing, and even better acting

since the wire, and soprano's to some extent, a show hasn't gripped me the way BB did.

GOT is coming along nicely, and Walking Dead is always a nice watch too.

But BB, is up there with the Wire

Thing is, you can't really call a show with universal acclaim overrated.
