Well at the beginning of season 5 we see a bearded and full haired Walt pick up an LMG in a car... So I think he starts getting heat from the FDA and his brother. I honestly don't see Walt living if he's going against the government

Walter White is going to die, he pretty much ruined his life due to his greed and stubborn ego.It'll eventually catch up to him.
