I've been gone for a while. Sigh~ Work, school, and personal business kept me from actually staying active and made me only do 5 to 10 posts here and there. Not to mention... Nvm onto the rules...
Rei's Rules and Restrictions.
5 elements... wind/water/fire/lightning/earth.
Taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu allowed.
KG are allowed (Ice and Wood elements are allowed as well.)
Tools are only strings, kunai, and melee weapons. I'm tired of 100 exploding tags...
1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 is fine.
We start at mid range and the terrain is a large grass plain with a few trees here and there.
This can be a deathmatch if you want. I'm a bit rusty and I'm using my recently made bio.
