Natsu stood waiting in the arena, is companion, flying just over his shoulder as a strange figure began to emerge from the other side of the arena. Natsu took one look at him, yawning, and all's he could think was this guy looked weird. Kinda slim, glasses, weird coat really, but who was Natsu to judge. He'd just come here to test his strength, only to find out the tournament didn't start for two days, and so him and happy decided check out the arena beforehand. But it seems someone else had the same idea, a grin spread across Natsu's face as he saw the man approaching. Punching his left fist into his right hand he spoke to happy.

"Woooo, someone actually turned up to fight... time to play!"

Natsu began to run forwards as Happy called after him to stop but instead just flew upwards out of the way as he knew that Natsu loved to make a mess when he fought. Natsu was already in the zone, darting forwards towards the man entering the center of the arena, 10 meters away from the man, his eyes glowed red like a dragon as they spiraled to reveal his bloodline trait, his Three Tomoe Sharingan. In the moment he did this he locked eyes with the man before him casting an illusion on him, making him a prisoner in his world. Within the Illusion, the man before him would be bound, draw up to a cross, unable to move with nails through all his body pinning him in place, stopping him from moving at all leaving him in complete agony with a cloth gag over his mouth, to stop him from speaking. The sky would turn red, the ground would shake before the man and erupting from the ground would be a giant red dragon that spewed fire all over the man, burning him alive, the pain damaging his mind while he's trapped.

Natsu now leaps through the air, drawing a kunai from his pouch and impales it into the man's heart, truly testing his skills right now, if he couldn't counter it, atleast Natsu could heal the guy right?

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description:
A powerfull technique were the user takes control of the enemy's 5 senses and makes him experience anything he can imagine. These illusions however are bound by the normal natural laws of Narutoverse (gravity, kinetics, etc) making it impossible to create unreal (in the context of Narutoverse) situations or scenarios. They can and may also be used to cause the enemy pain or distress or simply serve as a distraction or to camouflage the user in an escape or an attack. The genjutsu itself is done by performing 3 hand seals (Tiger+Ram+Horse) while inserting your chakra into the enemy's brain, disturbing his chakra flow and quickly gaining control over his senses. If the user is within short range of the enemy he can perform this technique with either 1 hand seal (Ram) or by looking directly into the enemy's eyes.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle

The Holy One meets a rather young man and a cat which could talk. Not minding the weirdness, it was a surprise someone as young as that boy would begin to gesture towards him, even speaking of fighting him. He may possess some form of formidable power or he craves death so badly that he turned towards him, Priest thought.

Though he was right. The Holy One was there to survey the terrain for the upcoming tournament and He had anticipated an attack from pesky contenders who'll like to take out the opposition as much as possible before the main event.

It began as Natsu begins to dart towards the Priest. Priest would passively raise his resistance and activate relics of Helena. He would passively activate his hidden eye while De Avaritia is passively active and not suppressed. The Holy One was right though. The pink haired boy bears the Sharingan and it was too late to immediately avert first eye contact. Priest would look elsewhere(from hence, he would be focused on the chin and below), however, He would meet himself in a precarious situation. He would be placed in a torture device similar the those of the Son of Man. Priest would smirk as he could not feel any pain whatsoever. The whole premise of the sudden change is totally obvious. Without any notification, he was bound and the entire environment changes. Several objects impaling him but he could not feel any pain. He realized him not feeling pain is the work of his Relic and it works perfectly when He's in a genjutsu. All this then only happened after he locks eyes with the Sharingan. With his hidden eye, he could not sense any matter around him as his naked eyes perceive. It's obvious...

Genjutsu!, He thinks.

The Holy One would focus chakra all over is body, releasing harmattan to form a sphere around him. The incoming intruder would collide with the sphere and be crushed. He would be freed from the genjutsu. The harmattan sphere you be augmented.

Iryo Hijutsu: Herena no ibutsu - Hidden Medical Art: Relics of Helena † Arc of Abstinence[/color]

Description:
To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

NOTE
Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.


Fūinjutsu: Hitoshirenu no Boushi) - Sealing Technique: The Hidden Eye

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)
Note: The user has to post the technique if it isn't mentioned in the bio, but applying it doesn't count towards the normal 3 techniques per turn (Only applicable of it's used in the first turn of the battle)
Note: If the user didn't activate the seal during the first turn of battle, activating it later on counts as one of the 3 moves per turn.

Description
A passive seal that links the user and his techniques, balancing his physical with the spiritual. This seal would passively drain the user's chakra when a particular condition of unbalance jutsu usage is met. The seal tries to balance the appropriate amount of jutsu damage within a jutsu by adding the equivalent chakra, should the jutsu be unbalanced. This means whenever the user uses a technique with a damage threshold that is not equal with the chakra within the jutsu, the seal would siphon the amount of chakra needed to balance the equation from the user. For example: If the user has an A-rank jutsu with +10 damage, this brings the damage of the jutsu to 70 damage. The seal would respond accordingly, taking 5 of the user's chakra and adding it to the jutsu to make the chakra/damage ratio be
balanced. This additional chakra would bring the jutsu to be a bit off its rank value thus unable to be sealed by fuinjutsu or techniques aimed to absorb/seal the particular rank. For example, a fuijutsu technique aimed to seal an A-rank technique with 30 chakra value would be unable to seal a technique used with this seal due to the chakra threshold exceeding 30. This does not automatically bring the jutsu to the next rank but if the chakra threshold reaches those of higher rank, then it would require a fuinjutsu technique that can seal those rank to seal the technique. For example, an A-rank jutsu with 40 chakra threshold can only be sealed if the fuin tech can seal S-rank, etc. The addition of chakra does not increase the damage further as this seal is purely supplementary, it only balances the chakra according to the damage. The seal is located at the center of the user's lower abdomen and though requires the user's will to suppress/pause. Meaning the user can decide which jutsu the seal does not affect. Automatically without the user's will, it would affect the user's techniques that meets the requirement. Unfortunately, this does not work with
techniques above S rank.

Karakaze/Katon: Musuko no Hiseki - Harmattan/Fire Release: Sacrament of the Son

Description: The user activates a Harmattan/Fire ability. This is when the user uses his katon chakra to superheat harmattan. Apparently the fire ratio in wind/fire combination of harmattan is far much than it normally is, making every harmattan the user uses during the activation of the technique comes out hot to the touch. Instead of the normal harmattan that only peels the skin when exposed to it, this one is capable to giving severe burn upon contact though not able to eat through something as strong as kaguya bones but able to cause 3rd degree burns. This does not make Harmattan neutral to fire or element that are initially stronger than it but what this technique does is to simply increases the power level of harmattan by a rank while elemental strength and weakness still applies as normal.
NOTE: Activation is instant as it only supports other harmattan techniques thus it can be used in the same timeframe of another technique.
NOTE: Does not increase forbidden rank harmattan techniques but adds +10 damage.
NOTE: This is an activation jutsu that works on the user's next harmattan technique.

Description: An advance harmattan manipulation where the user imbues mechanics with shape manipulation thus able to devise a containment within which he can control his own balance using internal wind current just so as to achieve a motor/rotating function without him being affected. The user focuses large amount of harmattan chakra into his core and by releasing it through his whole tenketsus like a large omni-directional burst of harmattan that reaches up to mid range(10meter), he then quickly forms it into a massive ball of blazing harmattan with him at the epicenter, not particularly hovering but he is standing on a flat platform made of wind. With the user's will, the large harmattan ball begins to roll around the user and moves towards any direction along the ground eating through the floor as it proceeds. Depending on the user ball can have a radius upto 10 meters with the user floating in the middle(though it seems he's standing on a platform but this is due to the internal wind current dense enough for him to use as a tangible foothold while the circular body made of harmattan would be the only one rotating). The ball can launch into mid-air while still rolling and land causing a massive crater. The ball would however keep active when not hit by an attack able to completely stop it at once, though in this case, weakened.

The Holy One meets a rather young man and a cat which could talk. Not minding the weirdness, it was a surprise someone as young as that boy would begin to gesture towards him, even speaking of fighting him. He may possess some form of formidable power or he craves death so badly that he turned towards him, Priest thought.

Though he was right. The Holy One was there to survey the terrain for the upcoming tournament and He had anticipated an attack from pesky contenders who'll like to take out the opposition as much as possible before the main event.

It began as Natsu begins to dart towards the Priest. Priest would passively raise his resistance and activate relics of Helena. He would passively activate his hidden eye while De Avaritia is passively active and not suppressed. The Holy One was right though. The pink haired boy bears the Sharingan and it was too late to immediately avert first eye contact. Priest would look elsewhere(from hence, he would be focused on the chin and below), however, He would meet himself in a precarious situation. He would be placed in a torture device similar the those of the Son of Man. Priest would smirk as he could not feel any pain whatsoever. The whole premise of the sudden change is totally obvious. Without any notification, he was bound and the entire environment changes. Several objects impaling him but he could not feel any pain. He realized him not feeling pain is the work of his Relic and it works perfectly when He's in a genjutsu. All this then only happened after he locks eyes with the Sharingan. With his hidden eye, he could not sense any matter around him as his naked eyes perceive. It's obvious...

Genjutsu!, He thinks.

The Holy One would focus chakra all over is body, releasing harmattan to form a sphere around him. The incoming intruder would collide with the sphere and be crushed. He would be freed from the genjutsu. The harmattan sphere you be augmented.

Iryo Hijutsu: Herena no ibutsu - Hidden Medical Art: Relics of Helena † Arc of Abstinence[/color]

Description:
To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.


Fūinjutsu: Hitoshirenu no Boushi) - Sealing Technique: The Hidden Eye

Description: This is a simple detection type sealing technique which can be prepared before/during battle. This sealing formula is composed of a seal which is/can be placed in the user's body, usually on top of their right eye, looking much more like a Tattoo than a sealing formula. The seal is directly connected to the user's eyes, chakra circularity system and their five senses in general, in which a hidden barrier is always erect around the user's body spanning across short range from him in all directions. While this barrier can only be seen active if an opponent has the Rinnegan, Byakugan or Tenseigan. The sealing formula acts to detect incoming techniques that potentially threaten the user in one way or another. While that would normally be useless, this technique can only detect techniques that are hidden from the user's eyesight, or other senses, meaning the user can't perceive the incoming technique(s) with normal means. the only techniques that the sealing formula is incapable of detecting are techniques that are hidden through chakra (i.e. Muu's hiding in Camouflage technique) or similar techniques of the sort. The sealing formula techniques techniques when they are passing through the barrier or created from within it, through chakra or physical alterations to the earth or air. Once a technique is detected through the sealing formula, the seal on top of the user's right eye glows, giving off a signature sound inside of his own mind, that's only detected by it's user/creator, altering him of the incoming danger. This is only a detection type technique and not a defense in anyway, leaving the user alerted that a threat is incoming. This seal can be passively applied and activated during battle and happens fast enough to use in the same time-frame of any technique the user uses. The seal is only capable of detecting incoming techniques, and not fast moving bodies (i.e. EIG users moving at x4 speed and above or similar speed empowered bodies of the same speed)

A passive seal that links the user and his techniques, balancing his physical with the spiritual. This seal would passively drain the user's chakra when a particular condition of unbalance jutsu usage is met. The seal tries to balance the appropriate amount of jutsu damage within a jutsu by adding the equivalent chakra, should the jutsu be unbalanced. This means whenever the user uses a technique with a damage threshold that is not equal with the chakra within the jutsu, the seal would siphon the amount of chakra needed to balance the equation from the user. For example: If the user has an A-rank jutsu with +10 damage, this brings the damage of the jutsu to 70 damage. The seal would respond accordingly, taking 5 of the user's chakra and adding it to the jutsu to make the chakra/damage ratio be
balanced. This additional chakra would bring the jutsu to be a bit off its rank value thus unable to be sealed by fuinjutsu or techniques aimed to absorb/seal the particular rank. For example, a fuijutsu technique aimed to seal an A-rank technique with 30 chakra value would be unable to seal a technique used with this seal due to the chakra threshold exceeding 30. This does not automatically bring the jutsu to the next rank but if the chakra threshold reaches those of higher rank, then it would require a fuinjutsu technique that can seal those rank to seal the technique. For example, an A-rank jutsu with 40 chakra threshold can only be sealed if the fuin tech can seal S-rank, etc. The addition of chakra does not increase the damage further as this seal is purely supplementary, it only balances the chakra according to the damage. The seal is located at the center of the user's lower abdomen and though requires the user's will to suppress/pause. Meaning the user can decide which jutsu the seal does not affect. Automatically without the user's will, it would affect the user's techniques that meets the requirement. Unfortunately, this does not work with
techniques above S rank.

Karakaze/Katon: Musuko no Hiseki - Harmattan/Fire Release: Sacrament of the Son

Description: The user activates a Harmattan/Fire ability. This is when the user uses his katon chakra to superheat harmattan. Apparently the fire ratio in wind/fire combination of harmattan is far much than it normally is, making every harmattan the user uses during the activation of the technique comes out hot to the touch. Instead of the normal harmattan that only peels the skin when exposed to it, this one is capable to giving severe burn upon contact though not able to eat through something as strong as kaguya bones but able to cause 3rd degree burns. This does not make Harmattan neutral to fire or element that are initially stronger than it but what this technique does is to simply increases the power level of harmattan by a rank while elemental strength and weakness still applies as normal.
NOTE: Activation is instant as it only supports other harmattan techniques thus it can be used in the same timeframe of another technique.
NOTE: Does not increase forbidden rank harmattan techniques but adds +10 damage.

Description: An advance harmattan manipulation where the user imbues mechanics with shape manipulation thus able to devise a containment within which he can control his own balance using internal wind current just so as to achieve a motor/rotating function without him being affected. The user focuses large amount of harmattan chakra into his core and by releasing it through his whole tenketsus like a large omni-directional burst of harmattan that reaches up to mid range(10meter), he then quickly forms it into a massive ball of blazing harmattan with him at the epicenter, not particularly hovering but he is standing on a flat platform made of wind. With the user's will, the large harmattan ball begins to roll around the user and moves towards any direction along the ground eating through the floor as it proceeds. Depending on the user ball can have a radius upto 10 meters with the user floating in the middle(though it seems he's standing on a platform but this is due to the internal wind current dense enough for him to use as a tangible foothold while the circular body made of harmattan would be the only one rotating). The ball can launch into mid-air while still rolling and land causing a massive crater. The ball would however keep active when not hit by an attack able to completely stop it at once, though in this case, weakened.

Natsu dashed forwards towards his opponent getting all excited, all fired up, binding him in the illusion, hoping it would hold him for a moment, but it seemed Natsu wouldn't have that luxury. With his sharingan, he could see his opponents chakra flow, as the mass of chakra built up within him surging outwards from his body. With his sharingan, Natsu could perceive this and he was getting close to the man before him with little time to react, so he decided to let his body act on instinct. He was a dragon slayer, raised by a dragon and most of all, taught by a dragon, but not just any dragon, the King of the Fire Dragons, Igneel. His father imbued into him the powers and skills to fight as though he were a fire dragon, so it was natural his natural reaction to be to use fire. He brings his hands to his mouth as the Harmattan is released and releases his own blast, a giant blast of fire that would burst out all in front of him, engulfing everything in front of Natsu. Though as he releases it, he performs a single handseal, and his fire seemed to ignite from within, burning stronger, larger and more destructive. These flames wouldn't be like normal fire, instead as he releases them, they would glow like a flash bomb, blinding the man before him, it would seem as though Natsu was releasing light itself, not a fire technique.

"Fire Dragons ROARRRRRRRR!"

As he released the fire towards his opponent making it larger, he then proceeded to create spikes of carbon to shoot out from the ground all around the man, mid ranged shooting up as the fire engulfs him. These spikes would be large enough to impale a large summon, so as the stop the man escaping upwards.

Description: Ryūjin Jakka or the flowing dragon blade is a Ninjatō that's made out of a special metal that is able to use the user's fire chakra, said to be the weapon of the god of flames himself, it highly resembles an ordinary Katana in its shape, with a glowing sliver blade and a black handle with a red dragon engraved onto it. The Ninjatō is shethed inside a black scabbard with a red glow that is attached to a belt wrapped around the user's back, worn horizontally. When the user channels his fire chakra into the blade, a fire Aura surrounds the Ninjatō making the sword more lighter, turning the blades color into bloody red, as long as the user is wielding the Ninjatō he can perform any fire technique with the use of only a single handseal, also by adding the +30 fire chakra of the user to the blade , the blade can block fire techniques up to A-rank negating the fire and absorbing it but still receives a certain amount of damage from the attack, when the fire absorption effect is used, the dragon that's engraved on the hilt of the blade glows indicating the use of the technique.

Description: This is the basic application of carbon release where the user will gather carbon in the air, the ground or create it from their own chakra (spitting it out ect) to form structures of carbon. This can be anything from weapons, to walls, to spikes, domes, anything inanimate which they can use as projectiles as well. For example the user could create a kunai of carbon and launch it at their opponent. The larger the object, the higher the rank. For objects larger, than the user they will need to be A rank. To use the A rank version and higher, the user will need to perform 1 handseal. This can also be used to reshape current carbon the user controls which they can use to attack with again, in a similar way to earth release but on a unique level. Due to the control required, the user is not able to form microscopic carbon, the carbon they gather will be around the same size of a small pebble and so always visible to normal ninja. B rank and below carbon structures can be made with arm movements or a single handseal. A rank can only be used once per turn. S rank can be used 3 times per battle, with two turns in between uses and no carbon above B rank in following turn.

(Nanatsu Shukenja Kaen) Seven Sovereign Flames - reference for blinding flames

Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle. Rather, they are the purest form of "Supplementary Enhancement" for all techniques that the user knows that fall under the Basic 5 Element of Fire. The user takes their skill in the manipulation of the Fire Element and combines it with their powerful, sometimes overwhelming, emotions, with the result being seven new types of Fire, each with their own special properties, all derived directly from the emotions infused into them. The Seven Masters all created their Sovereign Flames after succumbing to the reprecussions of their own emotions. One was consumed with hatred and rage, and hurt the one he loved, while another gave up something precious to them, and was consumed with overwhelming grief and sadness. After their own traumatizing experiences, and eventual personal revalations, they all came to understand and accept the flaws in their own emotional states, and used their understanding of these emotions to further their skills in Fire Release, revealing their true colors as it were. The concept of emotions influencing Chakra has been referenced in the series on a few occasions. One of the best examples of this is Karin Uzumaki, a powerful Sensor-Type Ninja with a unique and extremely detailed form of Sensory perception. Using her Sensory abilities Karin once described both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra at around the same time in the series claiming Naruto's was "bright and warm", while Sasuke's was "dark and cold", which coincided with both of their emotions during the Five Kage Summit Arc. Karin's description of the nature of both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra supports the concept that one's Chakra is tightly interwoven with the current state of the users emotions, with this Jutsu using different emotions to directly affect and alter the user's Fire Release Chakra in unique and interesting ways.

The Seven Sovereign Flames are directly applied to one's biography, under the Specialties section as an extension of the Fire Element, thus requiring any user of this Jutsu to specialize in the Fire Element. Within this extension of their Fire Element specialty, the user must specify one of the Seven Sovereign Flames, which becomes their "personal" Sovereign Flame, which they naturally embody, allowing the user to imbue their entire Fire Release arsenal into that Sovereign Flame, each with their own unique properties (All of which are explained below). Only one user of this Jutsu can specialize in any given Sovereign Flame at a time, meaning two users cannot embody the same Flame at the same time. The Sovereign Flame that the user specializes in will always be available to the them at the start of a battle (in addition to base/ regular Fire Style), at no additional chakra cost. Additionally, while the Sovereign Flames have their own unique properties, they are all still considered, for all intents and purposes, Fire Style Ninjutsu, and always follow the Elemental interactions and guidelines for regular Fire Style, regardless of any unique or alternative properties they possess. Finally, the effects of the Sovereign Flames scale with the Rank, size, overall power, etc of the Jutsu they are infused into, just like any regular form of Elemental Ninjutsu, with higher ranking Jutsu logically dealing more severe effects upon contact with a target, object or surface.

The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

Asmodeus' Ire - Created as the result of his rage hurting one he loved, Asmodeus created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own anger to access this brutally crimson red fire, which is deeply rooted in all things connected with rage. Asmodeus' Ire grants one's Fire Style with the ability to barbarically consume oxygen, creating a Fire that is extremely volatile, and explodes on contact with any form of solid matter. This phenomena is also refered to as a "thermobaric explosion", and has the added benefit of severely reducing oxygen levels in the immediate area of effect of any Fire Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, lessening the power of any and all Fire Style within the area after this Sovereign Flame has been used by 1 Rank.

Alisa's Bliss - The end result from the overbearing joy that she brought into the world, Alisa created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own joy to access this vibrant Sovereign Flame, which is linked directly to the user's happiness. As she was never one to enjoy fights, Alisa's Bliss has no blatanlty offensive properties, creating a yellow flame that grants one's Fire Style with the ability to blind all within Short Range of a Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, similar in nature to a flashbomb.

Diarmuid's Covetousness - Born from attempting to fill an empty, endless void in his life by accumulating material goods, Diarmuid forged this gangrenous green Sovereign Flame,which is deeply rooted in all things connected with jealousy. Diarmuid's Covetousness grants one's Fire Style with the ability to steal, or copy, the attributes and abilities of other Fire Release Jutsu it is able to make direct contact with, and successfully overpower. This applies to both friendly and enemy Jutsu, and allow attributes that stem from both the manipulation of the Chakra's Nature and Shape. However, any attempt to "steal" or "copy" the abilities of another Sovereign Flame will result in failure, as the conflicting nature of the emotions that constitute the Sovereign Flames will render each other inert. While it has no stolen attributes or abilities, it produces basic flames just like a regular Fire Jutsu, simply with a different color.

Imogen's Sorrow - Imogen's perpetual sadness came from an ultimatum that shattered her life, with the resulting sadness causing her to forge her own Sovereign Flame by accident. The user must also know and understand their own sadness to access this silent, ghostly blue fire, which is deeply affected by the sorrows of ones life. Imogen's Sorrow infuses one's Fire Style with the property to exude an external endothermic reaction in place of the regular exothermic reaction, drawing in heat from the Jutsu's surroundings and forcing the outer reaches of the Jutsu to be "perceived" as cold. But despite this perception, at the core of any Jutsu imbued with Imogen's Sorrow still burns a powerful flame like regular Fire Ninjutsu, causing the usual burns on contact with a target or surface. The difference is the first moments where the Jutsu approaches an opponent, making them believe it's something entirely different from Fire Ninjutsu, thus giving the user a slight advantage.

Schifone's Acrimony - Unfortunatly for it's creator, this Sovereign Flame was created from their abhorrent disgust for the world. The user must also know and understand their own disgust to access this pungent purple fire, which is connected with one's own sense of revulsion. Schifone's Acrimony grants one's Fire Style with the ability to produce an overwhelming scent, as it consumes more of the trace elements found in the air. With these higher concentrations of those trace elements, the flame bombards the opponents sense of smell, overloading it, while also effectively acting as an active marking agent that allows Olfactory Sensors, like Ninja Hounds and the Inuzuka, to track the target to the ends of the Earth, regardless of attempts to remove it.

Phobos' Recreancy - Born from a perpetual, crippling fear of the world, and the darkness within it, Phobos created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own fears to access this deceptively dim black fire, which is deeply rooted in cowardice. Phobos' Recreancy imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to emit zero light, thus creating a black fire that perfectly blends into darkness, and is well suited for assassinations or deception, as it is identical to the famed Black Flames of Amaterasu, though obviously lacking it's unique ability to never be extinguished.

Rhiannon's Clarity - Rhiannon was a very unique young woman, as she never really had any predisposition for any emotion whatsoever. Eventually she came to understand that this was not the product of apathy, or a disinterest in showing any emotion, but simply the result of achieving a true state of peace, and by coming to acknowledge this, she created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know have a sense of neutrality to access this surprisingly unique pure, clear fire, which is the result of enlightenment. Rhiannon's Clarity imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to completely allow light to almost pass completely through it, thus creating the illusion that the user's fire is invisible. Despite this "invisibilty", it still distorts any light that passes through it, created a "wavy" effect that can still be seen by the naked eye.

He was a dragon slayer, raised by a dragon and most of all, taught by a dragon, but not just any dragon, the King of the Fire Dragons, Igneel. His father imbued into him the powers and skills to fight as though he were a fire dragon, so it was natural his natural reaction to be to use fire. He brings his hands to his mouth as the Harmattan is released and releases his own blast, a giant blast of fire that would burst out all in front of him, engulfing everything in front of Natsu. Though as he releases it, he performs a single handseal, and his fire seemed to ignite from within, burning stronger, larger and more destructive. These flames wouldn't be like normal fire, instead as he releases them, they would glow like a flash bomb, blinding the man before him, it would seem as though Natsu was releasing light itself, not a fire technique.

"Fire Dragons ROARRRRRRRR!"

As he released the fire towards his opponent making it larger, he then proceeded to create spikes of carbon to shoot out from the ground all around the man, mid ranged shooting up as the fire engulfs him. These spikes would be large enough to impale a large summon, so as the stop the man escaping upwards.

Description: Ryūjin Jakka or the flowing dragon blade is a Ninjatō that's made out of a special metal that is able to use the user's fire chakra, said to be the weapon of the god of flames himself, it highly resembles an ordinary Katana in its shape, with a glowing sliver blade and a black handle with a red dragon engraved onto it. The Ninjatō is shethed inside a black scabbard with a red glow that is attached to a belt wrapped around the user's back, worn horizontally. When the user channels his fire chakra into the blade, a fire Aura surrounds the Ninjatō making the sword more lighter, turning the blades color into bloody red, as long as the user is wielding the Ninjatō he can perform any fire technique with the use of only a single handseal, also by adding the +30 fire chakra of the user to the blade , the blade can block fire techniques up to A-rank negating the fire and absorbing it but still receives a certain amount of damage from the attack, when the fire absorption effect is used, the dragon that's engraved on the hilt of the blade glows indicating the use of the technique.

Description: This is the basic application of carbon release where the user will gather carbon in the air, the ground or create it from their own chakra (spitting it out ect) to form structures of carbon. This can be anything from weapons, to walls, to spikes, domes, anything inanimate which they can use as projectiles as well. For example the user could create a kunai of carbon and launch it at their opponent. The larger the object, the higher the rank. For objects larger, than the user they will need to be A rank. To use the A rank version and higher, the user will need to perform 1 handseal. This can also be used to reshape current carbon the user controls which they can use to attack with again, in a similar way to earth release but on a unique level. Due to the control required, the user is not able to form microscopic carbon, the carbon they gather will be around the same size of a small pebble and so always visible to normal ninja. B rank and below carbon structures can be made with arm movements or a single handseal. A rank can only be used once per turn. S rank can be used 3 times per battle, with two turns in between uses and no carbon above B rank in following turn.

(Nanatsu Shukenja Kaen) Seven Sovereign Flames - reference for blinding flames

Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle. Rather, they are the purest form of "Supplementary Enhancement" for all techniques that the user knows that fall under the Basic 5 Element of Fire. The user takes their skill in the manipulation of the Fire Element and combines it with their powerful, sometimes overwhelming, emotions, with the result being seven new types of Fire, each with their own special properties, all derived directly from the emotions infused into them. The Seven Masters all created their Sovereign Flames after succumbing to the reprecussions of their own emotions. One was consumed with hatred and rage, and hurt the one he loved, while another gave up something precious to them, and was consumed with overwhelming grief and sadness. After their own traumatizing experiences, and eventual personal revalations, they all came to understand and accept the flaws in their own emotional states, and used their understanding of these emotions to further their skills in Fire Release, revealing their true colors as it were. The concept of emotions influencing Chakra has been referenced in the series on a few occasions. One of the best examples of this is Karin Uzumaki, a powerful Sensor-Type Ninja with a unique and extremely detailed form of Sensory perception. Using her Sensory abilities Karin once described both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra at around the same time in the series claiming Naruto's was "bright and warm", while Sasuke's was "dark and cold", which coincided with both of their emotions during the Five Kage Summit Arc. Karin's description of the nature of both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra supports the concept that one's Chakra is tightly interwoven with the current state of the users emotions, with this Jutsu using different emotions to directly affect and alter the user's Fire Release Chakra in unique and interesting ways.

The Seven Sovereign Flames are directly applied to one's biography, under the Specialties section as an extension of the Fire Element, thus requiring any user of this Jutsu to specialize in the Fire Element. Within this extension of their Fire Element specialty, the user must specify one of the Seven Sovereign Flames, which becomes their "personal" Sovereign Flame, which they naturally embody, allowing the user to imbue their entire Fire Release arsenal into that Sovereign Flame, each with their own unique properties (All of which are explained below). Only one user of this Jutsu can specialize in any given Sovereign Flame at a time, meaning two users cannot embody the same Flame at the same time. The Sovereign Flame that the user specializes in will always be available to the them at the start of a battle (in addition to base/ regular Fire Style), at no additional chakra cost. Additionally, while the Sovereign Flames have their own unique properties, they are all still considered, for all intents and purposes, Fire Style Ninjutsu, and always follow the Elemental interactions and guidelines for regular Fire Style, regardless of any unique or alternative properties they possess. Finally, the effects of the Sovereign Flames scale with the Rank, size, overall power, etc of the Jutsu they are infused into, just like any regular form of Elemental Ninjutsu, with higher ranking Jutsu logically dealing more severe effects upon contact with a target, object or surface.

The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

Asmodeus' Ire - Created as the result of his rage hurting one he loved, Asmodeus created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own anger to access this brutally crimson red fire, which is deeply rooted in all things connected with rage. Asmodeus' Ire grants one's Fire Style with the ability to barbarically consume oxygen, creating a Fire that is extremely volatile, and explodes on contact with any form of solid matter. This phenomena is also refered to as a "thermobaric explosion", and has the added benefit of severely reducing oxygen levels in the immediate area of effect of any Fire Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, lessening the power of any and all Fire Style within the area after this Sovereign Flame has been used by 1 Rank.

Alisa's Bliss - The end result from the overbearing joy that she brought into the world, Alisa created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own joy to access this vibrant Sovereign Flame, which is linked directly to the user's happiness. As she was never one to enjoy fights, Alisa's Bliss has no blatanlty offensive properties, creating a yellow flame that grants one's Fire Style with the ability to blind all within Short Range of a Jutsu imbued with this Sovereign Flame, similar in nature to a flashbomb.

Diarmuid's Covetousness - Born from attempting to fill an empty, endless void in his life by accumulating material goods, Diarmuid forged this gangrenous green Sovereign Flame,which is deeply rooted in all things connected with jealousy. Diarmuid's Covetousness grants one's Fire Style with the ability to steal, or copy, the attributes and abilities of other Fire Release Jutsu it is able to make direct contact with, and successfully overpower. This applies to both friendly and enemy Jutsu, and allow attributes that stem from both the manipulation of the Chakra's Nature and Shape. However, any attempt to "steal" or "copy" the abilities of another Sovereign Flame will result in failure, as the conflicting nature of the emotions that constitute the Sovereign Flames will render each other inert. While it has no stolen attributes or abilities, it produces basic flames just like a regular Fire Jutsu, simply with a different color.

Imogen's Sorrow - Imogen's perpetual sadness came from an ultimatum that shattered her life, with the resulting sadness causing her to forge her own Sovereign Flame by accident. The user must also know and understand their own sadness to access this silent, ghostly blue fire, which is deeply affected by the sorrows of ones life. Imogen's Sorrow infuses one's Fire Style with the property to exude an external endothermic reaction in place of the regular exothermic reaction, drawing in heat from the Jutsu's surroundings and forcing the outer reaches of the Jutsu to be "perceived" as cold. But despite this perception, at the core of any Jutsu imbued with Imogen's Sorrow still burns a powerful flame like regular Fire Ninjutsu, causing the usual burns on contact with a target or surface. The difference is the first moments where the Jutsu approaches an opponent, making them believe it's something entirely different from Fire Ninjutsu, thus giving the user a slight advantage.

Schifone's Acrimony - Unfortunatly for it's creator, this Sovereign Flame was created from their abhorrent disgust for the world. The user must also know and understand their own disgust to access this pungent purple fire, which is connected with one's own sense of revulsion. Schifone's Acrimony grants one's Fire Style with the ability to produce an overwhelming scent, as it consumes more of the trace elements found in the air. With these higher concentrations of those trace elements, the flame bombards the opponents sense of smell, overloading it, while also effectively acting as an active marking agent that allows Olfactory Sensors, like Ninja Hounds and the Inuzuka, to track the target to the ends of the Earth, regardless of attempts to remove it.

Phobos' Recreancy - Born from a perpetual, crippling fear of the world, and the darkness within it, Phobos created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know and understand their own fears to access this deceptively dim black fire, which is deeply rooted in cowardice. Phobos' Recreancy imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to emit zero light, thus creating a black fire that perfectly blends into darkness, and is well suited for assassinations or deception, as it is identical to the famed Black Flames of Amaterasu, though obviously lacking it's unique ability to never be extinguished.

Rhiannon's Clarity - Rhiannon was a very unique young woman, as she never really had any predisposition for any emotion whatsoever. Eventually she came to understand that this was not the product of apathy, or a disinterest in showing any emotion, but simply the result of achieving a true state of peace, and by coming to acknowledge this, she created this Sovereign Flame. The user must also know have a sense of neutrality to access this surprisingly unique pure, clear fire, which is the result of enlightenment. Rhiannon's Clarity imbues one's Fire Style with the unique property to completely allow light to almost pass completely through it, thus creating the illusion that the user's fire is invisible. Despite this "invisibilty", it still distorts any light that passes through it, created a "wavy" effect that can still be seen by the naked eye.

The Sharingan user is quite talented. As he spew forth something bright, tearing through his jutsu, The Holy one would quickly close his eyes for a moment, saving his eyes from the brightness of the jutsu while quickly pushing the air 180degrees in front of him upto 15meters. This would cover the front and the sides due to the angle and using the immediate speed increase, He'll run to his left at 2x speed, avoiding the linearly thrown jutsu. Since the size of the fireball is not mentioned, it's only safe to say it's 10meters diameter maximum. The Holy one knew however, that the jutsu itself would probably block the Sharingan's perception so would quickly react using the momentary distraction. The Holy one would seek to close the distance at the same instance as the dodge making it a fluid dodge and attack movement. Running at the same time as activating Vector shadow, the Holy one would assume a complete shadow color as he swiftly appears arms length behind the Sharingan user.

The Holy one would jab at the boy's shoulder, back, lower back and neck, discharging lightning into him with every touch.

Paw Arts: Train Wreck - Nykyu No Mi: Toren Keigei

Description: Despite the bulkiness of the founder of the clan, he is able to move as light as a feather. The trick behind this prowess is nothing but the paw's power to repel. A simple jutsu developed by the bartholomew to execute simple but swift movement. Using the repulsion power of the paws, a bartholomew is able to move or perhaps, cover a fair distance in a very miniscle amount of time, a feat way past the ability of a normal ninja. There are three variants of this art:

First Pilgrim*
The first variation of the Bartholomew movement jutsu is a simple but rather delicate process which requires high level of skill and balance. The Bartholomew would focus chakra into his paw(s) and repel the air before them upto 15meters around a 90-180 degrees area originating from the user. The repulsion can not be blocked nor negated as it does not interact with anything but the surrounding air friction. Upon repulsion, he would have removed the entire air resistance/friction in the affected area for a very short period of time. By running within the affected area, a bartholomew member would be running without limits thus his speed increases 2 folds. Due to the area affected by this being narrow, the Bartholomew may be limited interms of movement, depending on how he wants to move. The removal of air friction however is temporary and only last for 2 turns before everything returns to normal. The affected area can only be utilized by Bartholomews that have received training in the art. This ability requires the user to spend chakra equivalent to A-rank and it can only be used once every 3 turns. A Bartholomew legend could use it once every 2 turns. Can be used 3x per battle for normal bartholomew while a legend is able to utilise this 4x per battle.


Second Pilgrim
The second variation of Bartholomew movement jutsu deemed as near instantenous due to its speed.
The Bartholomew focuses chakra into his paw and repels himself to a desired location upto a 200m distance if he so wishes. Unlike the first variant, the Bartholomew is not actually running but rather pushing himself at near instatenous speed. Just like (Paw Arts: Repel), upon repulsion, the bartholomew vanishes from view and appears at his destination in a near intanteneous manner. This ability requires the user to spend chakra worth of S-rank and can only be trained and used when a bartholomew have attained a legend title. This ability can only be used twice per battle with a 2 turn rest inbetween usage.

Last Pilgrim
The last variation of Bartholomew movement jutsu. This is normally used by the Bartholomew legends to traverse between very long distance e:g miles, without having to walk or go through traveling hassle. The Bartholomew focuses chakra into his paw and repels himself in the direction he wishes. Upon repulsion, he vanishes out of sight and moves at immense speed while he is coated in a rather tough paw bubble. The bartholomew encapsulated in the bubble, traverse through a space a little above the atmosphere, i.e: The troposhpere. Upon reaching the destination, the bubble containing the bartholomew descends and crashes on the ground leaving a fair crater in the shape of a bubble, though the user within the bubble would not be harmed in any manner. The bartholomew is able to use this to transport his comrade through long distance if he wishes. This ability is S-rank and can only be used once every 4 turns. This ability can be used only for oneself, allies or techniques/objects and can not be used to transport enemy ninja away from a position.

Description:
The user would flush chakra into all his vector tattoos and cause every one of them to duplicate. The result is a myriad of vector tattoos on the user's body. The tattoos, being congested already would merge to form a complete coloration of the user. Its still just the tattoos but now it covers the users entire body like a plain coloured skin while the colour would be that of the chosen tattoo colour. The complete pigmentation makes it so that the user is able to release vector tendrils from any point of his body without disrupting the complete pigmentation. The activated vectors this time, while still active, are passively able to retreat into the pigmentation while using the pigmentation as a medium. They would denature into tattoo form and can emerge from another point when needed. Every seals on the user's body are not affected by the pigmentation, instead, the user can make them either stay immiscible above the pigmentation or make them meld into it thus the seals can be used from any point of the body. The coloration is but a simple tattoo thus does not add any defensive capabilities. Should an opening be made on the pigmentation, it regenerates while leeching 20 chakra from the user. This is a simple activation technique and thus can be used in the same timframe with other techniques. The user can passively revert the coloration to that of the former vector tattoos anytime. Does not count as a defensive technique, does not have any defensive properties on its own.
Ikazuchi Raikou Hirameki Dageki ) - Thunder Lightning Flash Strike

Description: A technique inspired by a form of southern style Chinese martial arts. The user charges their body with chakra and discharges it through their feet to give them a speed boost towards the enemy. Then the user charges their fists with lightning chakra, hitting the enemy eight times around the shoulders, chest, and stomach while discharging the electrical chakra to numb the points of contact. This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemy's movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles. This effect lasts for one turn.

Natsu stood waiting in the arena, is companion, flying just over his shoulder as a strange figure began to emerge from the other side of the arena. Natsu took one look at him, yawning, and all's he could think was this guy looked weird. Kinda slim, glasses, weird coat really, but who was Natsu to judge. He'd just come here to test his strength, only to find out the tournament didn't start for two days, and so him and happy decided check out the arena beforehand. But it seems someone else had the same idea, a grin spread across Natsu's face as he saw the man approaching. Punching his left fist into his right hand he spoke to happy.

"Woooo, someone actually turned up to fight... time to play!"

Natsu began to run forwards as Happy called after him to stop but instead just flew upwards out of the way as he knew that Natsu loved to make a mess when he fought. Natsu was already in the zone, darting forwards towards the man entering the center of the arena, 10 meters away from the man, his eyes glowed red like a dragon as they spiraled to reveal his bloodline trait, his Three Tomoe Sharingan. In the moment he did this he locked eyes with the man before him casting an illusion on him, making him a prisoner in his world. Within the Illusion, the man before him would be bound, draw up to a cross, unable to move with nails through all his body pinning him in place, stopping him from moving at all leaving him in complete agony with a cloth gag over his mouth, to stop him from speaking. The sky would turn red, the ground would shake before the man and erupting from the ground would be a giant red dragon that spewed fire all over the man, burning him alive, the pain damaging his mind while he's trapped.

Natsu now leaps through the air, drawing a kunai from his pouch and impales it into the man's heart, truly testing his skills right now, if he couldn't counter it, atleast Natsu could heal the guy right?

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description:
A powerfull technique were the user takes control of the enemy's 5 senses and makes him experience anything he can imagine. These illusions however are bound by the normal natural laws of Narutoverse (gravity, kinetics, etc) making it impossible to create unreal (in the context of Narutoverse) situations or scenarios. They can and may also be used to cause the enemy pain or distress or simply serve as a distraction or to camouflage the user in an escape or an attack. The genjutsu itself is done by performing 3 hand seals (Tiger+Ram+Horse) while inserting your chakra into the enemy's brain, disturbing his chakra flow and quickly gaining control over his senses. If the user is within short range of the enemy he can perform this technique with either 1 hand seal (Ram) or by looking directly into the enemy's eyes.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle
