Brave or Stupid?

Did you take pain killers first?
I have a slight shoulder injury and I went and did power cleans and presses(10 sets) two days in a row after taking pain killers.

At the time I was 15 now 30 and I chatted with a nurse at school and they didn't have pain killers there or at my house. In fact none of my relatives except for my aunt knew that I had a sprained ankle until after I took the lesson.

Sonypu thought about taking pain killers, which is good.
Did it cause any long term injury?
What was your reasoning/mindset for attending the Karate lesson?

stupid. it's not written in the definition, but word brave is restricted to honorable choices/people. this was not one of those. how many times have you seen someone call a suicude bomber brave?

It wasn't long term. After it was sprained I put ice on it and then got healed shortly after that.

The fact that you had enough resolve to ignore your pain and still stand up was brave.
But the other fact that it wasn't some important game and you didn't need to make such sacrifice + your health stands above you class......
Made it stupid.
But eh...
You've got bravery in you,just you don't spend it in the right time, I suppose.
