Location: Bee and Naruto vs Nagato and Itachi
Starting distance: 100 meters
Intel: Manga
Conditions: Both teams have a 1 minute prep time to formulate a strategy, go out of their base forms (Bee can go BM, Gai can open gates, Kisame can merge with Samehada) etc. Neither team can attack the other during this one minute.
Restrictions: 8th gate, Kamui, Ma and Pa (if you think minato can summon them)

I forgot that Minato can use the S/T barrier to redirect any projectiles.
Amaterasu can take out Gai before he enters the gates, It could possibly take out BM Bee too.
I'm thinking they would pressure Kisame and the Itachi would get him with a bunshin feint/Totsuka combo.

You're not reading the thread. Both teams have a 1 minute prep time, during which Gai can open gates, and Kisame can merge with Samehada.

I'm sure he could with the seventh gate open. Bee can also protect him with his tentacles
