The jinton duo wins this high diff.
People forget that madara and hashirama having very diffrent fighting styles.
The reason why madara was able to shit at joung onoki and jonin Muu was that the duo expected an alliance treaty, there were unprepeared while mdara planned to fight them.
Muu wasnt able to use jinton because of onoki was there, his student.
I doubt onoki was able to fly and use jinton back there.
Madara clearly had the advantage with his sharingan.
I know this is just an assumption, but it is logical.

The iwa duo can destroy every attack of hashirama with jinton, even an army of woodclones would get vaporisted in no time.
The big budda would get lighten by Muu who can sneak near the budda without hashirama noticing.
Both of them can fly and muu as a great reaction speed, dodging kcm narutos rasengan even in air.

Interesting to note people were upset when the Original Naruto change after He left with Jiraiya for 2 ½ year of training to come back as an Older Naruto and the series rename from Naruto to Naruto Shippuden. The movie has them as adults so could it be a time skip sines the movie supposedly has Kakashi as the Hokage and things that should have ben resolved in the series are still in the open. Naruto has yet to fulfill His destiny in the series.

Follow the money. The franchise makes a lot of money, but the manga as part of that franchise makes millions in and of itself. Kishimoto is paid by the publisher. Shueisha pulls the puppet strings.
