Chakra is present in evrey technique involving ninjutsu and in some cases taijutsu.From what i remember it is the spiritual energy in one's body.The more you have the more jutsu you can perform.We have elemental chakra and raw chakra.Raw chakra is utilized in regular ninjutsu while elemental chakra is used in elemental release's such as earth,fire etc...Chakra is utilied by basicly giving it shape and using the created shape in for of an attack/defense or however you intend to actually use it.

Chakra is not only in every technique; chakra in the Naruto universe can be thought as life essence itself. In the Naruto universe, in person and even animals have in them a Chakra Circulatory System. Obviously this isn't a real network in the body in the real world, but in the Naruto world it can be compared to the Cardiovascular system but instead of blood it pumps chakra throughout the body. If one runs out of chakra, it will cause great physical stress on the body, and in certain cases loss of too much chakra can even result in death.
You got it halfway I guess. Chakra is not just Spiritual Energy. Chakra is what is produced when physical energy from the body itself is combined with spiritual energy from one's soul and even one's mind. The chakra can then be released through hand seals or just sheer concentration to create jutsu. Hand seals are used to help mold the chakra so it can reach the desired state for a specific technique. I'll let whoever is teaching you elemental ninjutsu to worry about nature manipulation, and I'll eventually get to shape manipulation if I continue you training that far.

I jump on top of the tree and grab a single leaf.I proceed to place the leaf on my forehead and begin channeling chakra into it.I remember this being used by Iruka to teach Naruto to control his chakra.I am honestly not sure what is ment to happen to the leaf itself.I know with elemental chakra it would either with fire burn up,wind cut in half etc but with raw chakra its a mystery to me :/

If you channel your chakra into the leaf correctly, then you will be able to hold the leaf on your forehead without it falling off. This training method is used to help ninja focus their chakra to specific points in their body which is a requirement for certain techniques that you will perform. The leaf training is also important because it teaches young ninja how to use their chakra to interact with other objects. If you cannot use your chakra to hold the leaf to your head, then how are you going to be able to channel chakra into ninja weapons? If you can't even use your chakra to hold the leaf to your head, how would you even learn how to further manipulate the chakra for elemental transformations. Also, what you described with the leaf doesn't happen. xD That only happens for special paper made from trees that were raised with chakra. The paper cuts in half or crumbles, etc in response to your elemental affinity. We're still at normal chakra, so you don't have to worry about elements.

Now that you have that down we can move on to the next part of your chakra control training. You need to understand how the concept of the leaf being held to your forehead works at a higher level. Holding the leaf to your forehead only requires a small amount of chakra. This next training exercise will teach you how to control large levels of chakra. In this training, you will be channeling your chakra to the bottom of your feet. After you channel what you feel to be the proper amount of chakra, run toward a tree at full speed. Once you get close to a tree, place one foot on the tree. Use the chakra on the sole of that foot to grab onto the bark of the tree. Then life your other foot and place it above the first foot. Use this foot to grab onto the bark of the tree as well. By using your chakra to hold onto the tree, try to run vertically straight up it. This is similar to the first exercise, but it is more advanced in that you have to focus chakra to both of your feet and evenly through the soles of your feet, and you will have to hold the weight of your entire body. If the chakra is not even on the soles you will simply fall off. On top of that, even if the chakra is even, if the chakra is too weak you won't be able to grab onto the grab and if it is too strong you will be pushed off the tree as it causes the bark to break under too much pressure.
I take a deep breath and begin channeling chakra in my feet.Once I feel as if I gathered enough I begin to run up a tree.I place my foot on the bark and it sticks,I then place my left foot up too but as soon as I release my right foot I fall down...

You explained what happens to you but you didn't explain what your chakra is doing. Explain how you channel the chakra to your feet; do you do it evenly? Explain how much you channel and what happens if you channel too much or too little. How does the chakra actually interact with the tree? This exercise is to further your understanding of chakra control so show how you use chakra in your replies.

The way I climbed up the tree i like this sensei,I concentrated the chakra in my feet.At first it was too little and it couldnt keep me on the tree so the foot wouldnt even stick,when I put too much of it it was too strong and it would burst out cause it was too hard to evenly maintain.In the end I needed to find the right balance and make it even on both feet.The chakra would act as glue in a sense,it would go over to the tree linking us together for me to balance myself.

The final step in your chakra control training is to walk on water. Let's go to the local hot springs so you can begin. Walking on water is much more advanced than walking on solid surfaces because unlike solid surfaces water can move underneath your feet. Water constantly changes position and thus maintaining the same amount of chakra at all times will not work. You must instead release a constant stream of chakra from your feet to act as repellent that pushes on the water and allows the surface tension created to hold you up. As you release the constant stream of chakra from your feet, you must adjust the chakra flow so that it matches the water beneath you. You must constantly adjust your chakra to stand on water. At first this may seem difficult and will require some focus, but after a while, you will be able to stand on water without even noticing.

I concentrate on my feet once more,just as I did before.I take a step on the water and balance myself but as soon as the water moves my chakra bursts and I fall in.....its very hot.....I see this wont be easy but I will master it!
I channel chakra in my feet once more and take a stand on the water.I release the stream of chakra to my feet while still evening out the chakra depending on the water movement and by doing so it pushes on the water making me slowly able to stand on the water even tho it is moving.I am slowly getting it,my feet are able to go higher and higher till suddenly I am actually standing on the water itself.Pretty cool feeling sensei!

Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.
This technique requires no hand seals thus is a perfect technique to combine with close range combat. The problem with the technique is that it only works in close combat as you can see that the range of the technique is short. There is one way to overcome the range problem, use a wind technique that is mid range so the wind pushes the needles all the way to mid range. The technique utilizes basic materialization of chakra. This is somewhat similar to how you cause shadow clones to materialize as solid beings but at a much much simpler level as these are inanimate. The user will focus chakra in this mouth and sharpen the chakra into thin needles. The needles can then be shot out of your mouth with incredible accuracy. To defend against this technique you may use a wind technique or fire technique or earth wall or water wave... basically anything other than lightning. Or you can just not waste a jutsu and use kunai to block them.
(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique

This jutsu also doesn't require any hand seals. It's actually a very basic concept. The user throws two shuriken and infuses the shuriken on top with his chakra. The user will throw the shuriken so that one of the shuriken is directly on top of the other. The chakra infused shuriken must be on top for this to work. Keep in mind this is the theory that I created and there is no true theory behind the technique but mine makes a lot of sense. The user will use his chakra on the shuriken above to increase the strength of the shadow cast by it. The user uses the increased shadow to hide the shuriken on the bottom allow it to escape the opponents sight. This technique can be further be made more offensive by combining it with Rotating Shuriken or Crimson Nail Mist. But all in all it can only be used as a normal shuriken can be used and thus defend the same way unless of course it is powered up by own of those two techs I mentioned. I which case use the proper element strengths and weaknesses to counter. But the plain technique can be counter with any of what I mentioned for the previous jutsu or just an explosive kunai.
