Well begin gathering a large amount of futon chakra and focus it.

Ok, I gather up my fuuton chakra into my body and concentrate. I focus the wind chakra into the shape of a bow. I then draw it and pull back the "string" shooting an arrow made of wind. the arrow of wind multiplies into a thousand arrows, all composed of wind.

You had to exhale the bow and then make a arrow out of futon shooting it into the air and have it multiply into 1000 futon arrows lol
