Terrain is the Hyperbolic Timechamber, the ground can be used for Earth jutsu.

Law steps through the door of Kirigakure's Hyperbolic Timechamber, aka, where a man grows his hair, aka, where the men are separated from the pansys. He walks out past the main building and into the fighting area. As he awaits his opponent's arrival, he activates his Sharingan passively.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Lancer takes a bow, putting his head down, but taking a quick look from above to look at his opponent, he notices the swirl on his eyes. The legendary sharingan. He keeps this discreet, moving just the pupils of his eyes, hoping his opponent wouldn't notice. Lancer would then keep his eyes slightly down, looking at your chin, down to your body.

Lancer: Am I going to wait all day?

As Law's eyes picked up the subtle movement of Lancer looking into his eyes. He smirked. That was the moment it was all over. He channeled his chakra, and creates a Shadow Clone. The clone is explosive by nature, and rushes towards Lancer immediately as it is formed. Once it closes the distance, it uses the momentum of its run to drive its knee into his stomach, knocking the wind out of Lancer and causing him to stumble.

With Lancer noticing his opponent make a clone, he is disgusted by such a terrible move. Such simplicity can not be enough to even move Lancer off his spot. Lancer does one hand seal, and has a cloud appear instantly out of nowhere, around your clone, with lightning ragging through the cloud, destroying the clone before it can even reach close range to Lancer.

Description: The user will gather their storm chakra and by performing one hand seal (Dragon), by directing their storm chakra towards certain elemental constructs or attack that are mainly considered weak to storm the user will manipulate the water vapor, which are around the battlefield, to begin to morph and manipulate a cloud, the cloud appears as if fluffs and pieces of clouds appear around the technique. Quickly the user will then channel their lightning chakra to fuse with the water vapor to create a full blown storm cloud. Appearing black in color with light blue electricity running along the cloud with fierce speed. This jutsu is used mainly for a defensive ability, an example can be used for, as explained above, elements that are weak to the element storm (as well as basic ninjutsu that revolve around chakra alone). When used against earthen material the storm the water from the storm will cause the earth material to crumble and slightly slow down, the lightning portion will then take advantage of this and completely rip through the material of earth rendering it useless. Fire would easily be doused by the storm cloud due to retaining a large sum of water. This cloud has no attacking ability against the opponent themselves, and simply act to render the techniques useless before the cloud disperse out of harms way (In one turn). The storm cloud's maximum size is proportional to the size of the technique it is negating, (Such as Great Golem) the compressed chakra will still be able to negate the chakra rendering the techniques useless and out of harms way. The storm cloud is able to appear anywhere around the terrain; by allowing the storm cloud to feed off of the water vapor in the air to create the storm cloud (since storm release has water part of the elemental KG, we have seen this happen in the canon list), we have seen similar transactions happen where clouds appear out of the air (e.g. Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave). This technique is best used against elements weak against storm (KG and CE included). However due to its rank, it can also be used against certain elements that could be naturally weak to storm but depending upon the rank of the actual technique, the storm clouds might still be able to have access and destroy the technique (e.g. S-Rank storm = A-Rank wind, so just enough to negate the technique).

Lancer: I guess its my turn?

Lancer releases out of his mouth, sticky water. He manipulates the stream of water into a colossal Golem, condensed tightly, as he released it, he would charge lightning through it with some hand seals. This is done at the same time he spews the golem, due to Lancers affinity with storm release. He sends the Golem at you with rage and power, attempting to deliver a right hook, it would also continue to move towards your location as well as it is delivering its punch.

Description: Similar technique to Great Stone Golem, the user expels a large creature composed of syrup from his mouth. Hence the golem is made of syrup, it has the ability to absorb certain mud, suiton, raiton jutsus, up to B-rank, thus making him bigger, than his original size. The golem only expand if he absorbs a suiton or a mud technique. If the opponent gets in contact with him, he'll be sucked in the golem, thus suffocating him to death.
Note:
-Can be used twice
-If the golem destroyed, it can continue towards as a water wave.
-After absorbing a jutsu the golem will become 150% bigger, regardless of the rank.
-The golem can only absorb 3 techniques, after which it will crumble.
-Suiton needs to be mastered in order to do this.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

As the cloud forms around his clone, Law smirks. He knew such a simple tactic wouldn't work against his Mizukage offensively, but be good for distracting him. As the lightning surges through the cloud and hits the clone, Law uses his Sharingan to place the man in a powerful Genjutsu. Lancer suddenly finds himself skewered onto a leaf, though with no pain. The world around him is completely dark, his ability to move and see completely negated. Once the genjutsu is in place, Law has an orb of water form under Lancer that encircles him and traps him, causing the paralyzed man to begin drowning.

With my world suddenly going dark, and myself being skewered with a leaf. Everything seemed quite odd, the terrain didn't have any plants, nor was it dark beforehand. Taking a good look of the leaf he seems to be caught in, odd for its size, and texture not logical. Also realizing who he is fighting, the legendary Sharingan of the Uchiha, they excel in Genjutsu. It doesn't take much for Lancer to realize this is a simple genjutsu. Lancer unable to move must use an exterior method, would have a spike appear from his position, remembering how the terrain can use earth, he would have it pierce the calf muscle, minor muscle, but enough pain to get him off the genjutsu.

Before Lancer can even do anything, he notices water begin to sprout up from below him. Lancer would inject his water and wind chakra into the technique and have it disperse into a simple and harmless mist.

Description: The user uses his blood and uses the normal summoning technique or wipes blood on his Tiglon tattoo and summons Ichigo of the Tiglons. Ichigo has orange fur with white claws. His size is that of 12 feet head to tail and 4 meters tall, he has a very lean and fit physique. He is able stand on his hind legs and move around while standing on his hind legs. He is able to speak with his owner telepathically. Ichigo has rather large fangs and claws. His claws are the size of regular kunais with his fangs slightly smaller. He is able to utilize his wind chakra ability to channel wind through them to increase their cutting ability (Counts as a move, A-Rank). Ichigo is considered one of the more active and respectful of the Tiglons, he has a cool demeanor but can overreact at times. Ichigo has a great affinity with wind chakra. He is able to perform all wind jutsus up to S-Rank. He can also withstand the power of S-Rank lightning without dispersing. Ichigo being a master of wind is able to manipulate wind around himself to such a advance degree he is able to float around the air exactly up to 10 meters above ground, though he is able to move around as freely with pace. He can only move with S-Rank speed when afloat, while floating he can carry small items and weapons.

As Law sees the water he created turning into a thick mist that begins to spread across the field, he decides it's time to utilize the new tricks he received upon becoming a member of Kirigakure. He forms two handseals and infuses his own chakra into the mist, "overriding" Lancer's chakra and control of the mist due to him utilizing more chakra. He uses this chakra to manipulate sections of the mist's shape, forming them into eel-like creatures that continuously swim in the mist. Law immediately has the creatures swarm onto Lancer as he would be summoning his Tiglon. They viciously tear into his body, biting onto him and start draining his chakra painfully.

Description: The user will perform two handseals before focusing their chakra into a technique-produced mist. Through shape manipulation, the user will form portions of the surrounding mist into countless grotesque sea serpent-like creatures which appear to be "swimming" around inside of the mist itself. These hideous creatures are blind by nature, however they're capable of sensing anything (whether or not it possess chakra) in direct contact with the mist. Furthermore, these creatures exhibit certain but limited chakra draining qualities (Similar to Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique), so as long as the opponent remains in contact with the creatures they'll gradually be depleted of chakra (50 chakra per turn). Whenever the user wishes to, he can command the swarm to converge on the opponent from all sides in a furious feeding frenzy with such ferocity that the surrounding mist will begin to boil and churn, before being stained by the crimson blood. Despite the viciousness of the attack, the sea serpents are more than mindful not to harm their creator in the slightest.

Noticing the creepy crawlers of the mist, rushing at Lancer. He no longer can perform his Tiglon unless wanting to be risked getting chewed to pieces. Lancer would perform one hand seal, and have a dragon made of earth and stone rise from under him. As it rises, it would also begin to swing its tail, killing off the eels and swiping the mist away. The dragon would also still be stable enough to remain upright and have Lancer on top of the dragons head.

As the Stone Dragon trashes around, repelling the serpents and dispersing the mist, Law channels chakra into his palm and creates a ball of concentrated lightning. He throws the ball into the stone dragon, which explodes in a violent electrical storm. The lightning cancels out with the wind, destroying the dragon and dropping Lancer back onto the ground.

"Let's not stand on ceremony here. Mizukage-sama," Law says sarcastically.

With your attacking coming at Lancer, he would spew out a stream of sticky water, while at the same time performing a chain of hand seals, injecting a lightning current into the water. A spider made of condensed sticky water is created from the stream, with a current of lightning along its body. Lancer has the spider move towards you from the air as a projectile (due to Lancer being on top of the dragon) and aims to have the spider crush you from above.

Description: A highly advance water jutsu. The user will either spew a stream of water from their mouth or use a water source, the user will attempt to create a spider made of entirely of water. The water substance and property is sticky adhesive water. The spider is quite large around the same size as the known fire jutsu Fire Release: Crimson Earth Spider. The spider is highly compressed and firm, this allows him to move around earth like structures and earth like material (mud, wood, etc) in any angle or direction due to the sticky nature of the water (Non-Chakra infused), needless to say the spider can also move along water sources. The spider's main goal is to attack the target the user has set for him, with that being said it moves straight towards the opponent like a projectile non-stop until it reaches his respected target and completely engulf him and restrict his body with the sticky water. This is done by using his legs to wrap around and capture the opponent, which will suffocate the opponent and deliver a blunt force impact, since when it gets in close range of the opponent (5 meters) it will hurl itself at the opponent (obviously traceable by normal eyes). The spider moves at a logical speed any large spider would. The spider has an advance mechanism within him, whenever some type of attack tries to cut or go through the spider, the spider will simply multiply into two's for each spider hit (Quite similar to one of the paths animals Summoning Technique: Giant Dog) and still continue towards their intended target head on and perform the same action as mentioned when it comes to attacking the opponent. However with each multiplication, each spider becomes weaker then before, so if two spiders remain they would each be A-Rank. The most spiders that can multiply in number is six spiders in total, (which would mean each spider would be D-Rank in power) until they can not longer sustain power. Also some elements might cause different reactions for the multiplication, fire might force the syrup water out of its form due to how fire acts to break down and engulf/melt but they would reform back and multiply as such. It mainly depends on how and what element used. For every time the spider multiplies back it would require chakra cost, an example would be to rise back two A-Rank spiders it would be equivalent to 40 chakra points, if an A-Rank spider was attacked and multiplied back into two, it would require 30 chakra points to bring them both, so on and so fourth. This coupled with the fact they are able to move along virtually any surface makes the technique tough to counter.

Description: After performing 3 handseals, the user is able to create a great bead of water, up to 1 meter diameter, anywhere within range (Up to 50 meters from the user), by condensing water from the air around. This bead will have the cohesion and adhesion levels pumped to the max, creating a very tight bubble which pins though and attaches itself to any material it comes in contact with. The user is always able to sense the position of the sphere, spatially in relation with herself, and, when it attaches with something, the user is able to determine if the substance has chakra or not (Similar to Rain Tiger at Will), and is able to pull chakra from it, a take on the water's vital and cleansing techniques. It absorbs 100% of the chakra used to create the technique ( 40 chakra ) per turn it is attached. If the user touches the bead, he can re-absorb the chakra back to him/her. Likewise, the user is able to create multiple tiny beads (up to 10), across an area of 5 meters radius. Each will only absorb up to 10% chakra per turn ( 4 chakra ).
*The user is able to move the bead(s) around through hand gestures . When the user does, except in the initial turn, it counts as a jutsu towards the jutsu limit

As Law sees Lancer creating the spider and launching it forward, he channels chakra throughout his body and creates a giant golem in front of him. He immediately places his hand on the Golem and increases its weight 100x. The purpose of this is to add an extra "layer" of Doton chakra into the Golem. The spider crashes into the golem. Normally, the lightning would have allowed the spider to pierce through the Golem and cancel out in the process. However, due to the extra "layer" of Doton chakra, the lightning does indeed cancel out but the spider is unable to pierce through the golem completely, effectively lodging the spider inside of the golem's body. Law has the golem fall forward immediately as the spider pierces into its body, causing the hole to be blocked by the ground, trapping the spider completely. The bead of water forms, unbeknownst to Law, as Lancer planned.

Description: The user creates a even larger and stronger version of Earth Release: Stone Golem Technique. However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem from the ground solely. The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.

Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

The moment the spider is about to crash into the Golem, Lancer swiftly performs three hand seals causing the water of the spider to turn into flammable oil. This creates an extremely violent, and fiery explosion, covering the entire short range radius, of you and the golem, destroying you completely. After the explosion, Lancer would just give 40 chakra points to reform his water goliath, into two smaller spiders. Both A-rank in power, but with nothing covering it. They station around the area to notice anything of odd.

Description: The user starts by forming three hand seals, and then manipulating Water within reach (short to mid range). The user will then insert his chakra into the water source, and cause this Water to turn into a dark, black flammable oil. This happens quite fast, and can easily be set ablaze with any fire based jutsu. This technique can be used to change the properties of Water, within reason, basically only allowing the user to change a water source of small size into the dark flammable oil. When used in a large water source, only a small patch will be changed.

As the explosion goes off, Law's eyes widen. Already using Earth chakra, he creates a layer of strong earth armor on his body. Due to the golem in front of him, some of the explosion would be retarded before hitting him, with the armor protecting him from fully being killed but not from some damage. As the force of the explosion launches him back and onto the ground, Lancer would not know that Law has actually protected himself, as he has given no sign to cause Lancer to reason so due to the Golem blocking Lancer's line of sight to him. While on the ground, Law deactivates his armor. As Lancer uses his chakra to reform the spider, Law glares up at him and instills a Genjutsu in him that causes him to see a large, purple creature emerge in a world full of darkness. The creature grabs Lancer and entangles his entire body in threads, the process paralyzing him.

Description: The user releases a burst of earth chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of rock seemingly grows from his skin, forming a large, dense armour or rock much bigger and bulkier than the users original size. The armour can be manipulated and used to create extendable weapons to strike a target with like rudimentary swords or hammers. The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Description: The user will cast a Genjutsu upon the target in which they will see a shadowy figure appear infront of them bearing the Sharingan and then the figure will grow to an enormous size over shadowing the target in pitch-black darkness. The figure will then grab hold of the target and then will cover them in black threads, leaving them paralyzed for a period of time. (This was shown by sasuke against Shi)
Note: Must have tomoe 3 to use and paralyzing effects last 1 turn.

With Lancer in a genjutsu, the spiders would continue to reform since he had already put chakra into the jutsu allowing them to reform and attack you from both sides, this time without lightning around them. Anyway, Lancer in a genjutsu, he notices the shadowy figure grasping him, restricting his movement with the threads. Not seeming like a regular jutsu, with a fearful grin from the monster, Lancer notices it is obviously not an elemental technique, more of a humanoid being, but its texture when grabbing Lancer didn't seem whole, nor physical in manifestation. How the area became pitch black suddenly was also suspect, and lastly the fact his opponent holds a sharingan might mean this has something to do with a genjutsu. Unable to move however, Lancer would release a surge of lightning from all over his body to disrupt the chakra and release him out the genjutsu.

As he is released out of the genjutsu, Lancer performs two hand seals to create a mud covering your entire area, mid range to long range, with only my radius area (short range) left untouched. You would slowly begin to sink, as the spiders continue towards you to devour you.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

As Lancer is deducing he's in a Genjutsu, Law does a kick-up onto his feet. As he sees lightning emerging from Lancer's body, Law forms a single seal and releases a blast of wind from his mouth. The wind explodes upon release, expanding into a massive storm that tears apart the field. The wind picks up the spiders, tearing them apart and tossing the water into the wind. The explosion impedes on Lancer, killing him.

If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.
