This Tenzu's idea
i like it and some others so i have decided to do this..
after readin tenzu's thread.. i realize this will be a better way to c who is the most powerfull member on nb
i did like that the mods have higher rewards than the non mods.. so the mods will have the same rewards as all of us.
there will be two types of fights..
1. is a normal fight (still thinkin of a name) if a person wins he/she will get only $1000 and the loser will only lose $1000.. a person can go to negatives also..
2. all for nothing (still thinkin of a name) this will be more of a risk.. its basical like gabble.. if u win u will get all of the losers bounty + $1000
i'll set up the ranking will all the ppl who want to enter this rankings

7: all these fights should be pmed to me
8: no one can lose a fight on perpose or match fix the fight in order to help another person gain bounty..
if caught they (both parties involved in the fight) will be removed from the rankings immediatly.
9: no cheatin.. again if u r caught cheatin u will be removed from the fight
10: if u lose the fight.. accept your defeat and move on
11: NEW RULE.. U MUST GET ATLEAST $10,000 TO DO "ALL OR NOTHING"[/CODE]

1: I will be in charge of this wit the help of some mods
2: We will follow madara uchiha's rules
3: we will follow pein87's jutsu and custom jutsu (the ones that r approved)
4: it can be a naruto fight (jutsu\ taijutsu\ sword fight) or bleach (kido\sword\hand2hand etc)
