Bounty Board & Blessings Submissions
In this thread players can submit a Bounty against another Player or NPC, and they may also submit a pledge to one of the Nineseers after visiting a Shrine in specific landmarks and pledging to the God in question. NPCs in the ninja world can also place bounties on players or other NPCs that don't align with their interests or are causing issues in the areas these figures hold dominion over.
Bounties
When submitting a bounty, players can either use their own Kumi or Items of Value that can be traded, or even spots on Jutsu they can teach. However to incentivise the use of the Bounty Board, Players can post a bounty using the Quarry's own Missions or Activity in the NW if they seem to be detrimental to areas of the NW (committing blatant crimes, terrorising landmarks, being directly opposed to a landmark's ideals/progression in some way etc). After posting links as proof in the submission, an NW sensei will then look at the submission and total up a Kumi and/or EXP value based on the proof provided and the rank(s) of the Mission(s) completed by the perpetrator relating to their misconduct.

Blessings
When submitting a pledge, players must have visited the required landmark of the Deity they wish to pledge to and receive a blessing from. The player must show through roleplay a clear offering to the God at their shrine, this can range from a simple prayer to something else relating to their beliefs/domains. Only one Blessing can be acquired and they last for an arc, once a pledge has been made it cannot be switched until the Arc is over. Please see below for blessings available and the current landmarks their shrine is active*.
| Deity | Shrine Location | Blessing |
| Takim, Tranquil Mountain | (132) Peak of Takim | Access to Mind's Keen Eye Specialty |
