Both Naruto and Sasuke are not getting rinnegan

Well than getting started.

1.Sasuke is not sage's reincarnation. So simply no rinnegan

1. Sasuke doesn't have ashura's chakra. (after the last chapter it has been clear that you don't need Hashirama's cell but Ashura's chakra wich left hashi's body when he died)
2. the chakra Sasuke recieved was purely Hashirama's and not Ashura's
3. Cells that kabuto put into sasuke were cultivated after his death

2.Naruto is not getting rinnegan because he doesn't have Sharingan to start with

1. Naruto is Asura's reincarnation not sage's

Now if there will be any more sages(RINNEGAN necessary) it will be like Kishi is throwing the bloody title away as we have already seen two sage
Sage himself doesn't want any of those two get rinnegan that's why he talked to them both because he wants them to work togethor
Indra and Ashura's reincarnations will be just like them until some one mixes there chakra

you forget that ashura/indra chakra never leaves the vessel body as both naruto/sauske technically "died" and were brought back and yet they still retain the chakra of the sages son, so that and its proof that even after madara death/indra recarnated into sauske and thus when madara got brought back alive again he still retain chakra of indra thanks to the uchiha lineage/curse of hatred.

anyways to sum all this up even if kabuto got hashirama cells long after he was dead and implanted them into sauske, Sasuke would still have the potential to obtain rinnegan either after years like madara or from being dead and brought to life.

madara did not obtain rinnegan tell many years later when he was on the verge of death. so i made that up? lolz

naruto "died" as he had a tailed beast that was taken out of em, sauske "died" as he was stabbed through the chest and even a powerful/skilled sensor like tobirama could no longer "sense" sauske chakra as it was gone. so those two things i made up?

and last but not least hashirama cells rather they were taken when he was alive or dead is irrelevant as one can still have a chance to unlock rinnegan

Even more naruto is an uzumaki he would have survived anyway but sakura still kept his heart beating(probably the only nice thing she has done to naruto)

just beccause hes a uzumaki dont mean automatic survival. anyways naruto would eventually died regardless even if after the extraction. and the sage met them in there minds like for example how minato was able to meet naruto and talk to em.
