Boruto's Fighting Style

Its weird how Boruto's fighting style suffers such a major change from what we see in his academy days to what eventually he uses during the Boruto Movie, that being a style more similar to the Hyuga's Gentle Fist.

I don't see this being just a retcon like the eye itself, just an element that hasn't been presented yet. Since we are finally getting to the Hyuuga side of the story, its likely that Boruto is somehow going to prove he has a "Byakugan" during the next episode, leading to the start of his training to use it, which includes learning how to use the Hyuga's Jyuken.

Boruto now and Boruto in Boruto movie are soooo different . This shows how much Boruto changes . In Boruto movie he's so aggressive and naggy . But now he's calm and collected and also he's not as naggy as in the movie .

His character becomes worse lol

But yes i hope Boruto fights like hyugas that would be sick

I also feel like they're going to change things in Naruto gaiden and Boruto movie adaptation

I get the feeling Hiashi probably felt bad that Boruto couldn't awaken the Byakugan, so he probably taught him some Taijutsu.

You don't need special eyes to use the Gentle fist. But it GREATLY helps. Maybe his mom or some other Hyuga helped him with the gentle fist style. To some degree.

Yes. Hyuuga happened to have two KGs - the Byakugan and the ability to expel chakra from every tenketsu of their body.
Ergo, they perfected the Jyuuken to make use of these two KGs.
