Boruto's CE CAN NOT BE COMPARED!!!!!!

remember this. the movie skipped all the fights except boruto's and unlike the CE in naruto Boruto's CE isn't as important since it's even skipped in the manga. in naruto the whole CE was in the manga as well as all fights. U have to be grateful they are even showing us the fights, SMH.

That's why each fight isn't 1 episode long. Boruto and Naruto are in different situations. Also Naruto's CE was a way to introduce the characters to the show and their jutsus.

In Hinata vs Neji we got introduced to the bayakugan and the hyugas
In Lee vs Gaara we got to know Lee can't used ninjutsu and saw his jutsus
In Naruto vs Neji we saw Neji's past
In Ino vs sakura we got to see their relationship better

There is NOTHING to show in boruto becuase 50 episodes passed and we saw everything in their academy days and also the new gen don't have sad past like the old gen that grew up in war and hatred.

jus deal with it Boruto and Naruto aren't the same so stop fucking comparing them sheesh!

Naruto series cant even be compared to Boruto series - About the fights - These fights should be more longer , with some extra moves, something that gives you that feeling that you want to explode and excitement. All they do is clash few times and the battle is over. Characters - What can you even learn from these characters? Do you even know how many times i wanted to fall down back in the days but i always had something from Naruto series that kept me moving forward from each character and every time i was down, i remember something and i stand up... and what do we have now?

The fights are just extremely boring simple as that. It also has to do with the fact that times have changed, these children are not experiencing war, so they are at peace.

In times of peace, technology develops, infrastructure develops, communications develop, etc..

Boruto isn't as great as Naruto because it steers away from the theme of this manga, the CE are only what you see from the main picture.
It is a small detail and yes the characters are not that well developed and a lot of characters are helped through asspulls, something we didn't see from the original series.

Fans of Naruto will compare the two because Naruto's CE had a real feel to it.

Capture the flag in Part 2 of the exam, what type of joke is this. It should be a survival battle and even the first part was extremely boring.

Boruto just sucks and the characters are severely underdeveloped. I will still continue following the main important points of this series but it is starting to become like a Pokemon anime like many have stated. Too many fodders getting soloed without putting up a fight.

It's still trash man. Mitsuki and Sarada are not as involved in the manga and I am doubtful how they are going to write this Kara organization. Villains and especially the recent Oosutsuki's are horribly written, don't expect too much.

I agree with this thread. I also really enjoyed this CE alot and think it was well done. Any scene with Shinki was golden. Sarada was golden until the Sharnaroo moment. Overall i'm loving this CE. I agree that it cant be compared to the original

Nonsense the ao arc is very good in my opinion . sarada and mitsuki helped boruto don't ignore chapter 21
