Sarada is stronger CES=strength hello people.
On another note Boruto has demonstrated more versatility of jutsu as of now let's hope he does actually use them in combat.
That doesn't make 1 better as Bruce Lee said "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."
Like Mitsuki only binds his opponents and doesn't do much past that it doesn't make him lesser than Boruto or Sarada.
