-Better in CQC.
-Rasengan + Vanishing Rasengan.
-Suiton + Raiton handles any overzealous attempts at super strong punches and fry her.

He should win if we go by current Manga feats. Boruto took out just as many thugs without his shadow clones as she did (4 in total, 2 without shadow clones) like Sarada did, but he didn't need to attack them in groups (EX - 2 v 1, 3 v 1, 4 v 1). So based on that, he should have better CQC than her. Since she needed to be saved after the third match.

She doesn't really have a counter to his Suiton and Raiton combination, other than jumping out of the way or moving from a clear distance. With that he could setup a VRasengan and end the match. Without the Sharingan, I don't see her countering him that well, especially since he's faster than her.
