She didn't use it against Shin, implying it was either useless in that scenario or because she hadn't fully mastered it. Although imo, she didn't have it at that point for reasons that make sense to me.

Also she's clearly alarmed by the destructiveness of her CBI after using it on the Shins, that implying her proficiency improved w/ Sharingan.

Wouldn't that be a headcanon rather than a fact?
