Implying that Sakura will be affected by the plot nerf. The only reason part 1 Sakura wasn't strong is that he would've been too much trouble for Sasuke trying to leave and for Naruto's developement, they needed someone to save.
Also part 1 Sakura has the ability to heal, meaning she can heal herself and kill with her healing powers.
