If karma worked versus bjuu avatars then jigen would of used it versus naruto yet he instead decided to punch him out of the form showing that he's not strong enough to deal with the avatar on it's own

How do circulstantial wins and losses translate to levels?

Can it not be that Boruto is of a higher level?

Since Sasuke scales above the Five Shadows, would your claims not simply come round to scale everyone else below Genin level?

That's not how isshiki's possession works, Jigen does not become a permanent vessel if isshiki decides to use more of his power
