Tell me when Itachi has fought the tenseigan, or rikudou sage mode. You said he has experienced all of these abilities in one form or another, but the closest thing he has come to fighting these were Nagato (with a rinnegan that didn't even belong to him) and sage Kabuto (snake sage mode is much different from rikudou sage mode). In both cases it was at least 2 on 1.

I do agree that Itachi wins due to experience and intelligence only though.
