Are those actual abilities of boruto or from the kote?

Thanks to the Boruto Manga, we know the name of the techniques Boruto used in the KOTE device:

So they are his own abilities. One of them is the Manga, the wind style is used by Nagato. The other two are unknown, but the Lightning Release technique appears in Kakashi's novel. It's this one:

At least Ikemoto is not conventional in terms of having the female being a medical nin.

敏捷力 (Dexterity) is made from the combo of 敏捷 (Nimble, Agile, Quick) and 力 (Ability/Power). It means closer to something like 'responsiveness' or 'agility', IMHO.

Agility is more specifically written as 敏捷性 in JP though.

It is not technically a DB. At the top it says 忍者大図鑑 (Ninja Huge Illustrated Encyclopedia). Then No.1, 2, 3.

Oh, i thought those jutsu names from mangapanda/*********** were inaccurate and these names are the actual thing. Can't wait for boruto to use those jutsu.

I'm curious on why they didn't mention Sarada's CES and Boruto's Rasengan.

Maybe Ukyo didn't want them to use their parents techniques?

I thought it was funny that whoever picked out the Jutsu put Kakashi's Sharingan-less Lighting Cutter technique on his list. I'm glad that he's ninjutsu abilities are diverse.

Mitsuki being a medical ninjutsu user with Sage Mode is interesting. And Sarada's Lightning, CES, and Genjutsu combo looks legit.

IDK. It doesn't make sense for them not to use it. Bolt never using Rasengan and Sarada not using CES when they main those abilities already (and in the rehash). Makes no sense.

I am very pleased that Sarada is not seeming to be the medic for this lot. Does that mean no yin seal for her? Everyone who was saying this would help her MS may be disappointed. Though we will just have to wait and see. Medical ninjutsu isn't a requirement for the seal so you never know she could use it for another purpose.

I am just excited to see these techniques adapted accross the board for all 3 of them. I wish so bad kishi was still drawing, this would look so much more amazing with his illustrations.

It is, it did some pretty amazing things in kakashi's novel. I feel like we will see them because they were listed out.

Everyone on team Konahamru shit on Team 7. I swear Team 7 lacked the Ninja expertise, Sasuke is the only interesting character with wide diverse in Ninja techniques, Naruto only has wide variety of rasengan which I find it irritating and lame and mostly rely on kyuubi chakra who becomes jesus and sakura is a complete tsunade copy which is sad really when her own daughter has taken different approach with her being unique. Kakashi becomes so bland toward the end of the series, he's complete fodder.
