well Madara as a kid was good but Hashirama was above him so I can't be sure if he was such a prodigy as Bolt

We didn't even get to see what madara could do as a kid. So we can't say whether or not he was better than bolt. It was said he was stronger than the other adults, but that's all we have to go by. Sasuke was good, but I wouldn't even label him a prodigy. itachi was great, but did he have this versatility? Hashirama was the God of shinobi and ashuras transmigrant, so he still on top. Minato was a once in a lifetime prodigy, so bolt takes after him.
