Though Boruto does not appear to have Byakugan, it can be fair to assume he has another Hyūga ability, "one of which grants them the ability to expel chakra from every Tenketsu in their body, allowing them to fully utilize chakra with attacks"

The Tenketsu prowess unlocks strong potential outside of Hyūga techniques.
Boruto could easily obtain more power with less effort.

Kurama, the Nine-tailed Demon Fox​

It should be and has been noted, that Boruto also possesses Kurama's whiskers.
Kurama's chakra is as part of Naruto as Naruto's own chakra.
Chakra is passed down.
It is again fair to assume, Boruto has received some amount of Kurama's chakra.


All this leads to a creation of profound levels. A creation which has potential to pass the previous generation, Sasuke and Naruto.​

He doesn't have 9 tails. Naruto does. He only has whiskers because he is offspring of naruto. Just like naruto had whiskers at his birth because of being offspring of kushina. Nothing more nothing less, 9 tails is a bijuu, not hereditary.

Just cause Bolt is a prodigy doesn't mean he will surpass Naruto. And isn't it funny how Naruto wanted to surpass the first four Hokage and now Bolt wants to surpass him. Also Ninetails saved Naruto from death many times like when Sasuke pierced Naruto with chidori. How will Bolt survive chidori stab?
