Bolt's parents being Hyuga and Jinchuriki haven't affected him. He may unlock Byakugan, but Naruto being Jin will likely not affect him in anyway. However, it may be that he gains Kurama after Naruto dies, and if that happens, then yeah, Bolt would be a free power up hoarder.
