Not really, Himawari knocking naruto out in one hit makes sense, as Neji was also able to knock out kidomaru in the same manner, with one hit. The point of 64 palms is to cripple the opponent, NOT kill them. And both Himawari and Neji's examples show that if a Hyuuga desires they can take down an opponent with one hit
