Boruto the movie animation proves tht SP can actually do really good animations

Yeah, but it costs a lot to hire good animators.

Hence why don't give the anime it on a regular basis; they'd be quickly bankrupt. Movies can make a lot more than the average episode, hence why it gets the best.

SP doesn't have the core animator to work on the Shippuden series which is why the art and animation looks lacky because Naruto Movies are always top priorities, this isn't just Boruto movie, look at the Last as well

Their staff has been split in so many ways that the quality cant keep up with the quantity.

They got the movies, the anime, the games, and other stuff.
