Boruto the manga is lame

Seriously the manga started many months ago, because of the writer retelling Boruto the movie, we are not getting any new content.

I want to see Boruto and Kawaki fight already, I want to see what Boruto white eye is.

I assumed it was byakugan becuase of the white eye, but in the manga nothing about byakugan is mentioned plus no vains.

This Boruto Manga should sell terrible, who want to buy the manga monthly when they seen it in threater and movies years ago.

If they didn't start by redoing the entire movie in the manga. It would have been better.

The movie content is necessary to tell Boruto's story, so suck it up. Sick of the whiners. Is it aggravating waiting for new content? Sure.

Frankly, though, I'd rather the new artist use the movie adaptation chapters as practice so that his art can be more refined for the actual manga content.

Also, we have gotten a few extra scenes added to the Boruto movie through the manga adaptation.

I think 99.9% of the fan base would of preferred just a quick recap of the movie within the first issue and then moving along, even dbs sped through the resurrection of f plot line pretty quickly

Edit: I forgot they threw battle of the gods in there too, either way, both of those respective arcs were done pretty quickly

You must endure! Really, we're close to half the movie's length(42:30 seconds give or take). One chapter covers 12-15 minutes of movie time so we should be done with this crap by October. At least the fourth chapter might come out the first week of august, we can see how not well it's doing. Poor sales might speed up the recap, who knows(idk if you noticed but the manga butchered the sasuke vs kin fight by alot so the manga might not be taking it's time). In the meantime, i suggest you read a new manga or watch an anime, maybe even take a vacation.

How necessary is it when the movie is sitting right there to be watched.

They don't need to hash out an entire movie within a monthly manga. Idk if anyone else is on my train but ive just been ignoring the manga until i see threads wanking characters then i know they finally got to things that matter. I will not waste my time.

Of course its dumb. I could see maybe a few abbreviated chapters to get the main points of the movie out in manga form before the dvd was out. Now though since the movie is out people can legally watch the whole movie outside of a theater and for us to still have several chapters left retelling the same story only without animation and with bad drawing is stupid.

There is a difference between Boruto manga and Dragon ball Super and that is these below:

1st Dragon Ball Super got weekly episode and monthly manga, while Boruto is monthly manga

2nd Dragon Ball Super are showing new content, while Boruto is still with showing Boruto movie.

3rd In Boruto manga they show Kawaki vs Boruto just to go to Boruto movie scenes.

Dragonball doesn't have a whole lot of character development in the first place, and certainly isn't trying to build a substantial new character in the same way the Boruto movie/manga do. Don't try to compare the two movies.

I love Beerus, but it's just not the same type of character-driven story.
