Chidori is not a Sasuke power. And Rasengan is not a Naruto power. And Boruto has no Hyuga power. Just having one jutsu doesn't grant you their powers. Sasuke's powers are the Uchiha powers (eyes) and Naruto's powers are Senju/Uzumaki powers (body). Your categorization is stupid, TBH.
