Exactly. Why do people confuse the two then? When did Boruto say "he wants to be exactly like Sasuke?" to make statements like this?


She actually said in one Arc that she wanted to be a shinobi like Naruto. Prob wasn't canon but I wouldn't be surprised if they have her repeat it in the Manga .


Boruto clarified that he wanted to Support the Hokage tho, which was his goal. However, Sasuke and Boruto actually have a relationship where he trains him.

So you can't really run away from that fact. They are bound to be more similar at the end.

True but not appearance wise and stuff. Like Naruto had nothing Jiraiya related..... Well except for becoming a peeping Tom. Sakura ended up being like Tsunade but she legit said she modeled herself after Tsunade. Sasuke and Orochimaru..... Well them mf been acting like that.

It was pretty ambiguous, no lie, during the ending of the film. As Boruto didn't really explain what he meant by wanting to be a shinobi like Sasuke. Outside of wanting to support Sarada's decision of being Hokage + protecting her. But he later clarified in Chapter 12 (I think) that he wants to be a ninja who can support the Hokage, and he got that inspiration from Sasuke.

Rather than wanting to be exactly like Sasuke (as a person) he wants to follow the path of him being support.

Shit confused me cause I see comments on youtube like "So Boruto wants to kills his family and leave the Village" and im like dafuq?
Probably would if it was said in Gaiden.

It's possible that Sasuke just passed it down, or something happened (not death obv). By the end of the series Sarada will prob be wearing the Hokage cape (or Naruto') so it's just used for parallulz.

Not sure on the manga bit since i think with the canon Denki (forgot his name) he said something about Sasuke Tho i'm not even sure anymore been a while.

Yea and it's all hella similar to Sasuke's iirc even down to the neck part. And the way he hold his sword like he's a cripple.

I for one think those are all his clothes just similar in design to Sasuke's.

Yea i saw but 1 month sound bad too. Especially if you have half of the month doing 1 thing which other mangaka's do in 1 week. And why tf is it not 73 page's like he said it should???? :lol

Oddly I couldn't care less about teenage Boruto. Madara/Kaguya arc Kishimoto writing made me tired of the Shonen high-stakes action.

I'm more interested in the small-scale world-building and character-focused stuff. The ending showing the entire class made me really care about background characters. I wish the arcs would focus less on the same 5 boys and include the whole class more.
