Whelp this chapter manage to reveal something that we've learned. The Curse Seal restrained Boruto from using any form of chakra as oppose to gaining powerups. In other word, Boruto got nerfed!

It looks like Boruto's mark is gonna be a monster to learn :lol

I wouldn't be surprised if something bad happens to someone close to Boruto, and he realizes that he has to master this on his own, which leads him to the Kara.

those gang bangers anit shit, probably kids effected when the Toneri Ōtsutsuki attacked or sasuke haters because sausage grew feelings i mean they we after that kid, so thier triyng to make a political statement that would go all the way up to narutos position(kawakis plan to kill naruto and destroying his reputation) . probably get a kawaki shout out or appearance . all in all thier probably still below hokage lvl.

I think the reverse is true

I think he'll learn to master his seal by studying uzumaki sealing jutsu

Well boruto also received his power from an otsutsuki whom are referred to as "gods". Orochimaru's power doesn't compare, especially back then.
