Clearly because Naruto kids is born in blue eye and i not supprise at all when Tenseigan is blue. Sure Himawari the first awaken Tenseigan because she born with byakugan, but how about Boruto. Will he awaken Tenseigan? he has good sifu Sasuke a par level Rinnegan to teach some doujutsu tricks ..
