BORUTO NEW GEN and the current LIST of unique/created/and/or innovated Ninjutsu.

[Reviewing Logic]

So in the past a Ninja prided themselves in the ability to make their own moves. Or at least innovate on some.

So far we have some kids in Boruto that currently have their own unique Ninjutsu that NO ONE else seems to have. Either they made it or it is exclusive to them alone.

Also on this list are kids that had things given to them against their will.

Compared to K11 the new gen seems to have some new stuff up their sleeves and so far via looking up their last names it is more a MOVE by them or unique to them instead of some clan trait.

They ARE:

SUMIRE, NAMIDA, and WASABI.

Gozu Tennō/Nue and all of its chakra possession/dimension abilities are a unique scientifically added ability/ninjutsu added to Sumire's arsenal.
Sumire also has a Water Pistol move and a water-wall move but those two might just be similar to the things that the former Hokage and Mizukage have.

The wikia assumes it is similar to Orochi's Sound wave tech but Orochi does it with hand seals and NOT ORALLY,
plus her crest is a mocking bird so this might be some genetic thing that neutralizes

Wasabi has her cat mode that she unleashes with a scroll. If that was given to her or was a move she developed herself is yet to be seen. We also haven't seen similar people with similar moves barring a similar last name.

Mitsuki, Iwabe and Boruto.

Mitsuki seems to have some drilled in genetic abilities but particulalry in the ninjutsu side he has one that stand out.

Barrier Shattering Technique, Multiple Wind releases and a long list of Ninjutsu are also shared with multiple nin, even his Father Orochimaru.
(His sage mode is indeed unique but some might say it is just a combo of Toneri and Kabuto).(Some die hards would say it is a sage mode so it falls into the said sage mode umbrella).

Maybe Other people can do it? So far no ONE did. Earth Release: Earth Tool Technique.
Using his Rod and Earth Release he creates a Earth Bending Hammer.

Thunderclap Arrow, and Vanishing Rasengan are Boruto exclusive ninjutsu/innovations. Boruto stream, all though MADE by Boruto isn't added into this list as Mitsuki was later taught the move by Boruto himself.

Even more so I haven't included Water Release: Surging Sea, although Boruto made the tech and is the only user to use it, due to its similarity with other water surging/wave techs.

it is not except Boruto

since Boruto literally made 4-3 new moves by himself

while his Dad at that age just learnt moves from people

nevertheless this gen actually has more individual ninjutsu uniqueness compared to K11
