Why does Bolt and Naruto have Sakura's coloration.

BOlt is pre-exposed to Lighting. Fire and Wind.
He should just have lighting and wind and im a bit biased against Lightening.

Am I the only one that thinks maybe Bolt will finish what Kakashi started and make a Rasengan lightning variant by the end of the series to kind of prove that he is as good if not better than his dad... atleast in some ways.
